I am shocked with the positive reviews below. Working with this company was a complete headache that resulted in my husband taking 2 days off from work for NOTHING! We ordered furniture at a Restoration Hardware warehouse sale and FGO Logistics was the on-site third party shipping company. My furniture was scheduled to arrive on 10⁄30 and we were told they would call the day before with a 3 hour delivery time-frame. We never received a call on 10⁄29 but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We called multiple times but kept getting a voicemail and the call was never returned. We waited all morning on 10/30, still nothing. Finally we get through to them and are told that they never received our shipment from the store. They were going to follow up on it and call us back, we never received that call. My husband called back several times that day, no answer and no returned call. Since it was a warehouse sale we unfortunately could not even get through to the store on the phone so we had to drive all the way back there from Brooklyn to Paramus, NJ on 10⁄31 to sort this out. After over an hour of confusion and going back and forth over the issue with the store and shipping company, it turns out FGO had our furniture the whole time in their warehouse!!! So now they PROMISE me that we will be their first delivery in the morning on Monday 11⁄2. Not a surprise that Monday morning comes and there is no phone call or delivery. My husband contacted the Corporate office and spoke to one of the managers there who assured us it would be delivered and promised to credit us for the $ 365 delivery fee for the inconvenience. The shipment finally shows up at around 5:30PM. So much for being the«first delivery». Another day off from work wasted! Several days went by and I hadn’t seen a credit pending on my account so we followed up via e-mail and were assured it would happen the next day. Next day comes, still no pending credit. Well now it has almost been two weeks, the guy has not answered our follow up e-mails, and still no pending credit. Now I have to waste even more time and go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I REFUSE to pay for this! How do you run a business and just LIE to your customers??? Total BS!!!

I purchased furniture at 3 different places in the Hamptons and hired FGO to deliver to Manhattan. Josh and team were super friendly, professional, fast and efficient. They picked up the merchandise from the stores immediately, and delivered to my apartment 2 days later. Great service, highly recommended.

I had to use these guys as a delivery service for an appliance purchased from another store. Although the store wasn’t great, these guys were amazing. i would not hesitate to use them for any shipping or delivery in the future.

I have used Fgo in a consistent bases. They are on time courteous and efficient. They take pride in their work and only strive for perfection! It’s been an honor and a privilege to use them over and over.
