Ordered delivery thru grab hub and was very disappointed. Food arrived cold and my lamb saag had 5 small pieces of meat(yes I counted). Definitely not worth $ 16. Will not be ordering for delivery again.

DELISH!!! And that’s all I have to say. I’ve been here a few times in the past, and recently just visited since I’ve moved back into the area. To start we had the veggie samosas and for dinner we had the chicken tika and lamb vindaloo with side of rice and naan bread. The gulab jamun at the end was just the perfect ending. Service always great and happy that, that hasn’t change.

Unilocal never leads us astray but it did tonight! Poor service, 2 hairs in the food(baked right into the lentil cracker thing!) and mediocre dishes at best. Seems to be doing a good business and its byob, but I won’t be back.

I’ve been here several times and it’s fantastic! A few co-workers and I typically go to their lunch buffet for only $ 10.00 which I think is an absolute bargain! My favorite dishes are the Chicken Karahi, the Tandoori Chicken, and the Lamb Vindaloo. They don’t shy away from spice if you ask for it. Also, if you’re really hungry, get the Vegetable Samosas which are phenomenal. To top it all off, the naan bread it out of this world(they have garlic and plan). The service is exceptional. Our servers have always been very polite and on top of things. It’s an excellent place for lunch or dinner. Two thumbs up!

I try to get to Bhoj at least once a month and is some of the best Indian food I have ever had. The food is spectacular, the service is always friendly and courteous, the owner is very friendly, and the atmosphere quiet. The garlic Naan is delicious and I especially enjoy their curry dishes. Tandoori is excellent and paneer is very tasty. The restaurant is small and very intimate and quiet also… which is a definite plus. Highly recommended

Looks are deceiving so make sure to stop here. Once you walk in the place is very cute and cozy. I had a samosa, chicken tikka masala(which could be dry sometimes even if buried in the great sauce) rice and naan. All were delicious. Also had the mango ice cream for dessert which was ok. All in all I come to Indian restaurants for food not desserts so will be back. Added touch is that it’s byo and they have a really great staff.

This is my third time here. The service was fantastic and the food is consistently delicious. I dove into the butter chicken, dal, channa, and aloo bunda tonight. An added bonus was the garlic Naan. Pros: Delicious food Clean restaurant(even the bathrooms are very clean) Attentive and polite staff Cons: Wish this was closer to home lol Overall this is a great place to go if you are a carnivore or a vegetarian. There is something here for everyone.

I went there for dinner buffet. It was just OK. Only the kebabs stood out. The rest on menu was just OK. They had reduced the spice level, so not much different from other indian buffet place.

I’ve come for dinner twice and enjoyed it both times. Both times I got a vegetarian paneer dish, roti, samosa, mango lassi, and dessert. The samosa is good and made fresh but could be a bit spicier. The paneer dishes were good as well as the lassi. I didn’t care too much for the pistachio ice cream but it was made locally and not store bought and just scooped out of a carton. The only gripe I have is that rice doesn’t come with the dish. I didn’t need a lot but it is typical to get rice with the dish.

Horrible!!! Honestly I been to a bunch of indian restaurants and by far this is my least favorite. What is all the rave about? Quality of food is poor, just doesn’t have an authentic taste. Price??? Expensive!!! $ 17 for a plate of food and doesn’t even come with rice. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If the food was good I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra. I had ordered pick up, of course you know I probably got left overs. Rice was stale and on top of that I ordered lamb samosa and I was given vegetable. When I called back, to ask to credit the difference I was told to come back. I don’t think driving 20+ min to drive back again. I would not recommend this place. If anyone wants good indian food read my other reviews you’ll be pleased.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on Sunday with the help of Unilocal. The staff is friendly and the owner is very welcoming. So far this past week my boyfriend and I have eaten here twice and ordered take-out once. We recieved our Rice pudding on the house. We tried so far: Chicken Pakoras Assorted non-vegetarian platter Vegetable Samosas with Chana Lamb Vindaloo Bhoj special mixed grill Chicken curry Daal Makhandi Matar Paneer We tried all of the desserts All of the above have far exceeded our expectations. We loved every dish so far and will be coming back for more.

I love Indian food and love to try new restaurants. Eating at Bhoj was a very pleasant experience. The naan was hot and fresh. Waitstaff was attentive., even though the room was full. Chicken Tikka Masala was good but could have been more flavorful; same with the Aloo Gobi. Gajar Halwa was savory, less«dessert» sweet than expected, but loved it that way. Good basics.

I haven’t had Indian food in a long time and boy did I forget how much I love it! I came here for lunch yesterday with some coworkers and it was great. Not too many options for a buffet, but everything was absolutely top notch. A big selection of vegetarian options as well as a large selection of sauces. The naan was perfect and everything goes together so well. I definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner if you enjoy Indian food or if you want to experience a new cuisine. The man working there, who I assume was the owner is very friendly and is more than willing to walk you through the dishes and pick out something you would like.

Review is for Weekend Lunch Buffet The buffet offerings were: — Papdi chaat — Tandoori chicken — Fish Tandoori –Chicken Tikka masala –Saag Mushroom –Paneer Tikka Masala –Kadhi Pakoori — Fried Rice — Kaali Daal –Chole(Chana Masala) Dessert: –Gajar Halwa –Rice Kheer(Rice pudding) Good: Nothing much to say about the food. Mediocre at best and not a lot of variety. Bad: Fried rice was served in a container lined with plastic wrap which is a complete no-no. Tandoori chicken, tandoori fish, chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala had food coloring in it, which is not needed. I don’t like when Indian restaurants add food coloring. I didn’t try the desserts, but husband said they were not bad. Ugly: Nothing

Came here for my boyfriend’s sister’s birthday with the family. Service is outstanding and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Seems like a mom and pop restaurant. Ambiance– more of an upscale feel with the décor and presentation. Also feels like a club with the bollywood club music. I ordered the Butter Chicken, which I thought was all right– I prefer my curry a bit creamier. Will have to try the Tikka Masala next time. The Saag is another good choice or the Korma. Naan was good and not too burnt. Curry entrees run from $ 14 – 16 and do not include rice. Samosas were also tasty. Since it was a birthday, the owners provided complimentary rice pudding for the entire table. Best rice pudding ever. It tasted like ice cream– DEFINITELYRECOMMEND. Will be coming back! BYOB– there’s a liquor store right next door.

Bhoj has an excellent menu with just about anything to accommodate different tastes and preferences. There were seven of us this evening and we enjoyed a variety of appetizers and entrees which we all shared. The portions were generous, well prepared and cooked according to our requests. The butter chicken, lamb vindaloo and tikka masala were all very flavorful. Nice helpings of Basmati rice and naan bread were also great. The owner was our head server and she was very helpful and patient with some of us less familiar with Indian cuisine. Service was timely between courses; servers were extremely polite when approaching our table and made sure we had what we needed. The liquor store a few doors down has Fisher King and Hayward’s 5000 Indian beer, which is pretty cool to try alongside this great food. Don’t let the location in a strip mall fool you — this is excellent food and their restaurant, albeit small, was very comfortable. Oh — my seven year old said the chick peas were a bit spicy. Duly noted!

Disclaimer: I generally don’t eat Indian food. It gives me hiccups.(not this time though) Lunchtime at work. I was hungry. I sought a healthier, and yet filling, lunch option. U C, my waistline needed a break from the usual burgers, fries, and pizza. So I found this Indian lunch buffet on Unilocal. Not too shabby, I say. Their spinach and chick-pea saag, cheese korma, table-side naan, and chicken curry were all delicious. And their variety of condiments, chutney, and salads served as healthy palate cleansers. All for $ 9.99(not including tax and tip– I left $ 13). If I’m eating Indian, I’m eating it here.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and always enjoyed the food but on the most recent visit I was quite disappointed. I ordered the Malai Kofta, vegetable dumplings cooked in a spiced tomato curry. However when it arrived I found that the«dumplings», only four of them, were more like falafel balls breaded and fried and/or baked instead of a dough filled with vegetables like what is listed on the menu. It was tasty but not what I would have ordered had I known this is what was coming. I will still continue to patronize but they need to make slight changes to their menu to fit the real description of the item.

Ambiance/Décor/Atmosphere: A little on the smaller side, but quaint, warm, inviting, and slightly elegant with accents of Indian tradition mixed in. Not a bad looking restaurant, but a little plain at the same time. I know, I know, I am confusing myself. Noise/sound level: It was pretty quiet when I frequented Bhoj, but that was because work just let out and it was a weekday. Menu: The menu is pretty large and could be painful to look at if you’re hungry or not familiar with Indian fare. It took me a few hours to decide what I wanted to eat online before I came to a decision. There are numerous interesting options that I will try during future visits. The menu is also broken up into sections from different parts of India, dessert, naans, biryanis, tandooris, and other types of food. Service: Since the restaurant was a little slow I found the service to be pretty good. The waiter was attentive and easy to deal with, and there really wasn’t out of the ordinary wait times or issues. Food: I ordered lamb samosas, channa bhatura, and chicken tikka naan. Honestly, samosas aren’t difficult to make at home thanks to empanada disks, but these were tasty. They were seasoned well with cumin seeds and other familiar Indian seasonings. The channa was pretty tasty too; never had channa before, but I knew what it was before ordering. The fry bread it came with was so fluffy, buttery, and ever so sweet. Lastly, the chicken tikka naan was very tasty too and surprised me as I thought it would be a little on the boring side. Bar: BYOB Price: The prices at Bhoj are a little on the high side to be honest, but the food taste, quality, and quantity is there to back up the value. However, you can pay a lot if you splurge and try numerous items from the large menu. Overall: It is very exciting to have Dosa House and Bhoj near my house when I am craving Indian. Not sure if both places will overlap, but I will not hesitate to order from Bhoj again. I was pleased with the taste and expect a standard meal to taste as good if not better than a few appetizers.

Went back here for the wednesday night buffet *. Food overall was solid(vindaloo could have been a bit spicier **) but while speaking with the owner, it seems they tone down the heat a bit solely for the buffet. My favorite dishes of the buffet were in general the vegetarian ones(espec. the channa masala.) The chicken dishes were pretty normal overall but there wasn’t a hint of gaminess and the spices were there. Oh yeah, they have Gajar Halwa at their buffet and it’s actually a really good one. Servers were nice, there was no mandatory 18 percent like some people noted. Were you in a group of 4⁄5 or more(I think it’s 5) since that is noted on the menu? Owner(?) is nice as well. 4.6, good moderately inexpensive dinner buffet, well worth a meal. Also, good sweet lassi. *They do non-buffet food on Wednesday night, but it takes a lot longer and many dishes aren’t available. Make sure to call ahead to see whether it is there. ** By spicier, I mean in terms of heat, all the dishes actually had good flavoring, with the vindaloo having some sharp heat and a little bit of sourness as I have come to expect.
