Went in to buy cabinets before Christmas. Was promised a price quote the next Thursday. Never sent. I called and the quote was promised for the upcoming Monday. This was not sent. I called and the quote was promised for the next day. The quote was not sent. I sent an email review and the sales manager called me this past Friday and promised the quote by Saturday afternoon. Guess what never arrived? Yup, the price quote. Time to move on.

Adore my new floors that Flooring Liquidators installed for me. Scott and John Pos really helped me find the right wood floor. The installation crew was nice and professional.
I liked the service so much I went back and bought my Kitchen from Tara and John Pos. Love my new cabinets and Quartz countertop from Adria.
Highly recommend. Great prices and great product.

I don’t normally write reviews of companies, but I feel like someone needs to learn from our mistakes. We have used them 3 times in the past 4 years and every installation is wrong! They have great selection and good prices, but with that comes bad service. They send 1 person every time when it’s a 2 person job and they never have the whole order when they arrive. This time they had 1 out of 2 carpets, last time they didn’t have any of the transition pieces and the last time they sub-​contracted horrible people that kept leaving the job site to work on another job which delayed our move by 3 days! Horrible service — will never return.

Store with great content. I was able to find the carpet tiles I had been looking for. The sales rep was also able to give me additional discount at the point of sale.
Each account rep was focused on their individual customer from start to finish. I had visited 3 other places including the big box orange household goods store and I could not get the hand holding necessary to navigate the world of flooring.
Recommended by a friend of mine and now I am recommending to you.

While their logo looks like Lumber Liquidators, they are VERY different. Whatever price they quote you, cut that in half and maybe you’re close. Limited selection. Definitely, get all delivery dates in writing. Better yet, try Classic Tiles in Brooklyn — huge selection and they can get most tiles the same day. And their prices are great at first quote.
