Walked in to get a birthday cake for my sister and the woman at the counter wrote the message on the plain cake I chose and I was out of there in 5 min. Really great customer service!

Way over priced but I would gladly pay again and again for my favorite childhood ice cream. This particular location needs some fixing up big time but the recipe stays the same anywhere.

Oh Carvel, how I love you! This place has the unfortunate location of Elmsford, yet they always bring the quality on! This store is owned by a nice little Taiwanese lady who has been here… forever. I asked her to write something for me in Chinese, and she even corrected my Chinese (misspelled a character) and she didn’t laugh at me. It is clear that these cakes are made with care, and she really has pride in her work. I love stores with pride in their work!
This location is great because it has plenty of parking spots, but at the same time it is terrible because of how hard it is to get out of certain parking spots.
I also love how they accept coupons without cocking a brow at you. That’s right, I brought a coupon, and I want my discount! Thank you!
