I paid $ 6000.00 for a brand new garage door that i am not happy with. it took numerous phone calls to get them to come and do the work. when finally showing up they sent only one installer he was here from 1pm until 9:30 pm and he didn’t have all the materials to finish the work. then it took another bunch of phone calls to Marc the salesmen and mike the owner to get them to come finish the job. The job is complete but looks horrible the trim around the door could of been done by a child. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys.

Totally NOT recommended. Called for work on my garage bay frame. Technician showed up a half hour early (5:30) and had to wait for me to arrive home. Estimate was scheduled for 6:00 — 7:00 pm. Quoted me a price of $ 250 to replace a piece of weatherproof stripping and a piece of aluminum capping. Told him to have the office e mail me a written estimate the next day. Following day, no message. Called the company. Said they were working on my estimate and will call back. (what was there to work on?) Got a call back about an hour later and was told the technician made an error. The actual cost for the job was $ 500 ! Unbelievable. Took my business somewhere else.
Unreliable company. Terrible customer service. Does not live up to its word.

These people were great to deal with. We needed a new garage door. First went to Home Depot, where we were told we would have to order our door and pay online, then someone would come to our house and measure, and the price could end up being more. Um, no…
So we called B&H. The sales person was nice enough to come out on a Sunday. He was low pressure, and explained to us the features of the various doors they sell. He also made some suggestions about door style and brought up points we hadn’t considered before. Their pricing was very competitive. We got a better quality door for the same price as a lesser HD door priced out online.
The door came when promised, and installation went smoothly. They stand behind their products, and when we called a few months later to tell them about a minor glitch, they came to fix it quickly, no hassle.
