The food quality is poor. They don’t change the oil which leaves their nuggets and fries dark with a nasty taste. They never get the order correct when using the drive thru. When given as a treat to my kids I prefer the White House McDonald’s on Jericho Tpke.

So I’ve been visiting this McDonalds in the am a lot lately, my only grip with this location is that there aren’t enough employees every morning. Now my #fastfood #breakfast is turning into #brunch. I’d give this location a thumbs up for the new look, thumbs down for speedy service.

This location is not like any other. They are the worst simply for the fact that they refuse to rectify their mistakes. I went through the drive-​thru and received my fries half full. I asked them to fill it and they gave them back half full. I gave the fries back again and once again they gave them to me half full. To top it off, they didn’t give me any receipt!

Came here one night about 11:30 and they told me all they had were eggs. How does a burger place like McDonalds not have burgers. I was baffled. I felt like I was on a prank tv show. I drove out the drive through hungry and went to the McDonalds on Franklin ave to fill my belly.

Though they didn’t have the Shamrock shake yesterday, I have good things to say about this McDonald’s. I usually give franchises three stars but the manager here has helped me rectify order mistakes more than once. They renovated it, so it’s clean and now it’s 24⁄7 which is good.

It is like all the other McDonald’s nothing special about this location. The one in Franklin Square has a play area for little kids which is nice and also a curse.
