Highly recommend that you weekend warriors go there whenever you are in a jam. The owner, son and staff are a pleasure to deal with and always come to a conclusion with those household or appliance projects that go bad. Thank God for stores like these because you would never get the service in a big box retailer like Home Depot or Lowe’s.
For example, I went in the other day in a jam looking for an alternative to a part that broke on my electric stove when I was changing the heating element. Jam no more! I got a replacement and more just in case.

I love going to Barney’s, the employees are so helpful. This is not your typical chain hardware store. Recently we purchased a snowblower there the day before a big snow storm. Even though they were really busy they assembled the snow blower, put a little bit of gas in it and even took us outside and showed us how to use it.
