This review is dedicated to Emily, Bev, Sammie, Jennifer, Sherri and the other fantastic nursing staff at the EEL Healthcare Cancer Center. Why review the hospital cafeteria in terms of restaurants? I was wondering the same thing, since it’s not like you’re trying to decide where to go for lunch or dinner and then say, «Hey, let’s go to the hospital cafeteria.» On the other hand, you may be at the hospital, hungry, and trying to decide what to eat. While the individually wrapped packages of graham crackers may sound appealing, and probably free if you ask, you may want a meal. The Wildflower Café not only has decent food, but it’s super reasonable. I had a cheese omelet and a drink for $ 4.20. And, if you look around, you can find some Sriracha. I challenge you to find a cheaper cheese omelet in town … or, at least … inside the hospital. As of this writing there are ninety-six restaurants in Elmhurst. I plan on eating at, and reviewing, every one. Follow me on Unilocal
