Another snow day. Came in here @ 700 am. Thank goodness it’s a 24 hour one because dad was not prepared for this weather. Staff is super helpful& friendly. I was in and out of the store within two minutes of purchasing the item for the car. Thanks Walgreens!

I rather go to this Walgreens than the other Walgreens a few blocks away. The staff team is way better than the other Walgreens. I come here very often (literally every 2 days). Most of the staff recognize me by my face because I come often and I’m always in the same isle buying the same things.
This is where I buy my hair dye, false eyelashes, and other cosmetics. They always have what I need in stock (except for false eyelashes). Please stock up on your false eyelashes!
I don’t usually need assistance. But if you need assistance in the hair, beauty, and cosmetics isle, don’t even bother asking because none of the employees know anything about it. However, the employees are very helpful in other isles such as supplies, toys, chips, food, etc.
I always go to this Walgreens. I been coming here since I was 5 years old. I’m very familiar with where each item goes.
If you do happen to need assistance in their beauty isle, feel free to message me for help (since the staff team here are clueless when it comes to those kind of stuff).

Good for snacks and cold drinks on the go! Or whatever quick shopping you need. Not the cheapest prices, so I wouldn’t recommend doing all your shopping here, just the basics.
Have a parking lot.
Redbox inside, but since only one machine, sometimes it takes forever to wait for someone to make their selection.
Lines usually form at the registers, but I typically see two cashiers working, and it moves along at a reasonable rate.
Decent sized store with Pharmacy and a Passport pic area.

This Walgreens is better than the one down the block! They usually never have anything in stock at the other one. The cashiers are nicer over here also and one good thing is that they have a parking lot! Who doesn’t love a parking lot?!

If you come for a prescription be prepared to wait! The lines are always long. The price is a little bit more than going to Target but to avoid the Target ordeal Walgreen’s is acceptable and open 24 hours.

24 hours and they stock cold drinks! Basic Walgreens but if you ask they can let you use the bathroom in a pinch.
Well-​lit parking lot. I recommend saving yr drug store run to the late-​night hours because daytime’s a zoo here.

This place has the slowest service of any pharmacy chain that I’ve ever visited. I dread having to come here for anything. I only go because it’s convenient and open 24hrs.

This is definitely the better Walgreens on Broadway, there is another one a few blocks away. This Walgreens is cleaner, with a 24 hour pharmacy and red box! So convenient.
With online refills of prescriptions, I don’t have to wait. Many of the doctors in the area can automatically send prescriptions to this pharmacy and all you need to do is pick it up. It’s fantastic!

The reason I am writing a review is to commend the pharmacy staff here, they are ALL wonderful! There is this one woman, I wish i knew her name but she’s asian, kinda tan and wears pretty eyeliner who always is smiling and VERY helpful, she just knows how to get things done, quick! I had some problem with my insurance and she figured out a solution and got me my medication within minutes. She’s sweet and up for challenges. I really appreciated her service. Thank you sweet, pretty eyeliner woman, you made my day when I was sick :)
Also the main pharmacist — an Asian man, tall kinda thin — also wonderful. He gave us our flu shots last year, he was very professional and efficient. He never minds answering questions which is really important, Thank you!

Passport pics are expensive… $ 10.99 for 2 pics… charging an arm and a leg for tiny ass pictures.
Here’s the story, I needed to get passport pictures for someone who’s currently overseas. I have their passport image on a usb. I went to CVS, Target, Duane Reade, every place is telling me the same old crap that they can’t develop that image in a passport size picture and that I need that person to come in and take a new passport picture. It’s retarded. How hard is it to resize a damn picture on your computer? Anyway, my last stop was Walgreens. I went in, the photo lady by the name of Naila came to the rescue. I told her my problem, that I have the passport image on a usb and that this person is overseas and is not able to be here this moment to take a new picture. She understood my issue. She resized my image and printed them out ASAP!
The issue is real damn simple, I already have the passport image on file, how hard is it to just resize it and print it for me? I don’t need to take a new passport picture if I already have the image on hand, I just need you to print them out! The photo centers at Target, CVS, Duane Reade are a disgrace! It’s such a simple task and they can’t even do it. It’s freakin pathetic!
Verdict — Even though Walgreens charges a lot for passport photos, at least they got the job done.

I like this Walgreens in comparison to the original location (further up Broadway). This is smaller than the other one, but I feel as though this one is 1) much cleaner 2) better organized. 3) did I mention cleaner!?!
They’re pretty helpful here. Everywhere besides the photo station. For some reason, no one is ever there! Why is that?

As a serious drugstore addict I’ve frequented my share of Walgreens (always on the search for the elusive cherry coke zero and even more elusive cherry diet dr. pepper) I noticed that this one was 24 hours and not too far from my apartment so I went there on a search for travel friendly bottles. Uhm… NO travel section. but there was a tower full of cheapy walgreen lotions and a few stray bottles of mouthwash. There were two types of music playing. one holiday and one. techno (which I can only assume was one employees attempt at drowning out the holiday spirit). The place was small and poorly organized and the cashiers were about a 3.5÷5 on the scale of cuntness.
One woman bumped into a poorly arranged stack of those Danish cookie bins and got practically yelled at by the cashier for trying to pick it up. And my own cashier was the most unhelpful person who was ringing me up and still dealing with the customer before me, lacked any type of customer service skills and put my receipt on the counter when my hand was out (I HATE THIS WITH A PASSION) All in all, being 24 hours is one of the only things it has going for itself.

I like this Walgreen’s because they have a small parking lot. Also, the lady at the cosmetic counter was awesome and helped me locate what I needed quickly and pointed out the items that were currently on sale. Sometimes the check out lines can be long!
