I needed a password taken off my computer. I dropped off Friday at lunch and was told it would likely be done on Monday. They called me three hours later! Under promise and over deliver. Great service!

I brought my laptop into get repaired for what they said was the motherboard. After 2 weeks they said it was also the CPU. After 3 more weeks they called to say it would have been ready but one of their techs broke the power button while putting it back together. I dropped it off on 7⁄3 and now it is 8⁄18 and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY COMPUTER. I can order parts online and have them in 2 days but I guess they can’t — for the price I’m paying to have it repaired thee could have sprung for overnight shipping.
Poor customer service and obviously poor technicians too.

They are prompt, thorough and provide to us many options to select from. I have also purchased two computers from Fast On Site and was satisfied with both the price and the reliability. We are very happy to have a great go-​to place whenever the need arises.

Came here from an ad in the paper for a deal on an Asus laptop. The guy helping us was very friendly and the place looked more legit than I expected. The only issue we had was the laptop wasn’t being sold at the price that was in the newspaper ad (according to the employee, it was a typo). We still was able to get a decent all around laptop for a reasonable price, even if it wasn’t the price that was originally advertised at.
