Online ordering with a promo code was among the most difficult tasks I’ve ever had to do on the internet. I typed in my order 4 times, and for some reason, they needed a home address to take a pickup order. I didn’t get a confirmation email until 20 minutes after I ordered. If I were rating their online system alone, I’d give 1 star.
I had to call to confirm the order, but the staff had already placed my order and started cooking my pizza, so I can forgive some of the online hassle. The pizza came out just as I had requested, well done, light cheese, chicago cut, and the toppings, giardiniera and onions, were more flavorful than I expected. I’ll say this much, this was at least a better pizza than anything I’ve had from Pizza Hut, Domino’s, et al.

Typical terrible service from Papa John’s. Ordered delivery and the drive called me from outside my building and asked if I «could come down and meet him.» When I went down the dude wouldn’t even get out of his truck to hand me my food. Lazy delivery driver to the extreme.

Not sure why it’s so difficult to order a pizza? I recieved their coupons in the mail, but when I went to place the order with the coupon I was told they don’t offer that? I argued with the guy and said I just recieved the coupons today and they aren’t expired. 1 LRG 3 topping & 2 liter for $ 10.99. He had to get his manager and the manager told me he’d honor the coupon, but the total would be different! I said what’s the point of honoring me the coupon then? I had it delivered and took a hour and 30 min from elmhurst to villa park. The pizza was cold when it arrived. Sorry papa you guys suck.

Called my order in to someone who sounded pre-​occupied over the phone but I thought it would be immaterial. I was wrong. I drove 15 minutes to get to the store and was told they didn’t have an order for me. Not going to waste my time doing that again.
