Brokers beware this guy goes behind your back and contacts your clients to take away your business. He promised the world but delivers a stab in the back. Despicable businesses practice and can’t be trusted with anything.

Let me preface this by saying that I am rarely moved to write a one-​star review.
We needed a very simple printed item on somewhat short notice, and I found this place online. I’m all about utilizing local businesses and they seemed legit. I called to get information, because I wanted to make sure that our item could be printed and delivered before a very important event. I made it clear that if it could not be done in time, I would need to find another vendor or forgo the item completely. They were very nice, and I was assured more than once that it could be done, and it was guaranteed to arrive in time.
Fast forward to the delivery date when it never arrived. I e-​mailed and received a fairly prompt reply indicating that my item would not arrive in time after all, and would be delivered several days later. They made a half-​hearted attempt to provide a lesser item for our event, which would not have worked for us.
It’s too bad, because I had appreciated their eagerness to accommodate and prefer to frequent local businesses to the big chains, but it’s really unacceptable to promise things that you cannot deliver. I paid a ridiculous amount for the printing service for an item that is now not useable. Extremely disappointed — take your service elsewhere.

These folks are great to work with and do incredible work! If you need a banner, you need to get it from them! High quality goods, great prices, and impeccable customer service make this a 5 star business.
