Gave M&M a call based on a recommendation from a friend. Reception staff is always friendly at the office and on the phone but the real issue with this office is what lies behind closed doors. The doctor I saw seemed to be running a race she spent less that 15 minutes with me at all appointments and seemed to be on autopilot just trying to get me in and out as fast as was humanly possible. When I went to call the office to address some side effect from a haphazardly rushed procedure I went in for I was told I was not in their system as a patient which blew my mind as I had made multiple appointments with them before but when it came down to a problem they caused I did not exist!!! I was given the run around by employees that did not want to give me the time of day because according to their«system» I was just a crazy lady calling the wrong place. Well after some deductive reasoning and a few call backs I came to the conclusion they had my information wrong in the system and I was able to eventually be directed to someone that cared enough to check for me! And I was right! They had my information all messed up but were able to correct it all for me. So 5 hours after my initial call I finally have someone call me back to address the post procedure issue I was having and all I get is OHTHATSJUST A SIDEEFFECTSORRYWEDIDNOTMENTIONTOYOUBEFORETHATYOUWOULDBEPHYSICALLYDEBILITATEDBEFOREWEDIDTHAT, OOPSSORRYGOODLUCKLIVINGLIFEWITHOUTYOURRIGHTARM! I would never trust my heath to these doctors ever again, they care to little about their patients. I came out of here in worse pain than I went in. An absolutely frustrating experience that I hope to never have again.

Went to see a doctor here for severe knee pain, he recommended me 4 weeks of physical therapy — after a week I was in so much pain I could not continue, THEN he suggested I see a rhumetologist… all without ever looking at an MRI of my Knee. My knee still hurts so bad, I feel bad for my family having to listen to me. The doctor not only said there is no swelling in my knee, but then prescribed me an NSAID to «help the pain»… nsaids reduce swelling, if there is no swelling, then why did he prescribe it? If i need to see a rhumetologist, why am I paying for physical therapy prior to the doctor properly diagnosing my knee? He was –very– quick to take a SECOND set of xrays in a week, but never sent me for the MRI I was expecting. When I talked to him on the phone he said«well after reviewing your chart» obviously he hasn’t the slightest idea who I am, and i saw him a week ago. I felt like I was not taken seriously at all, and treated like a child. I hate when doctors come across as arrogent, and dismissive the way he was. I am forced to wonder if he was trying to milk my insurance. It would be nice to see a doctor who takes me seriously once in a while, instead of trying to get in and out of that little room in under 15 minutes so they can bill for several hours.
