Home Depot and ACE Hardware stores don’t have that dreadful NO sign for folks who did pass a background check.

This review is to commend the great customer service that I’ve received at the JC Licht in Elmhurst from everyone in particular Dale, the manager.
I’ve been there on a couple of occassions for the past year and a half and each time she has been so incredibly helpful. She is knowledgeable, takes pride in her work/​brand and treated me with integrity.
The first time I went I was in my last trimester of pregnancy, incredibly indecisive and desperately looking for the right color… my husband is colorblind so he wasn’t much help. Dale was patient and took her time, gave me the materials that I needed and her honest opinion. I was so happy with the results that I returned a year later.
This time, I needed her help because I am relocating to Texas and needed to choose colors for the home we would be moving into there. She helped me sort through the right products and even guided me on the pricing so that I could paint the entire house with great quality paint at a reasonable cost.
I am a loyal BM customer now because of Dale and her team.
I wish them the best and so wish I could find someone as helpful as them in Texas.

I stopped in at JC Licht after buying five Home Depot paint samples that just didn’t work in our space. Without even seeing our room, Julie suggested a color … and we went with it! It looks incredible. She also suggested a color for our front door that pops perfectly without being obnoxious. We get lots of compliments on both.
I am looking forward to getting her expert advice on color for other rooms in our home!
