I just had to go online and give Horizon (especially Laura) a RAVE review! Apparently there was some pricing glitch with our Mexican vacation with Funjet, and she kept on them until the issue was totally resolved, and in our favor. This place deserves this rave review. We have a family of 7 and setting up a vacation can get crazy, not to mention expensive. I have been a customer for 8 years simply because the service they provide is excellent. Sharon is one skilled, professional agent. I gave her one week and a budget and she did not cease to amaze once again as I am sitting in Mexico with my husband and kids enjoying an all-​inclusive four star resort. What separates this agency is that they know the destinations in detail and there is no surprises when you arrive.
