Pros: –It’s very close to my apartment building Meh: –NYC brand rude –The owner tries to be helpful and pull your clothes out and tosses them into a large storage bin for you. Thanks but no thanks especially when the bins are pretty darn dirty. Cons: –There are birds in cages near the entranceway of the laundromat. If you look closely you would see bird droppings. –I have dark hair(dark as the night). After tossing my clothes in the washing machine, and pulling it out, I saw clumps of bleached blond hair on my clothes –My clothes were dirtier when I pulled them out then when I put them in –I watched as another dude pulled wet clothes out of a dryer that had been drying for close to half an hour –I spent more time cleaning my clothes myself(human hair sure is hard to pick out, especially if it’s not yours) then if I had just walked a few more blocks and gone elsewhere. –Washers that make your clothes dirty and dryers that don’t dry.

I have given this place two chances before writing this review. Both times, the owner was extremely rude, and machines were dirty. Will not be going back.

The location is convenient, you may do grocery or hangout at close by bubble tea, bakery, or Starbucks. The place and the machines are clean and well maintain!(Not a fan of small, crowd and muddy laundromat) The dry cleaning is okay, they charged the same price for sweater and coat, so I will rather take the sweater to somewhere else in the city which they charge less(weird, I know cause you normally expect it will probably cost more in Manhattan midtown). No parking, you may park on the street. All in all, I will recommend this place if you are in the neighborhood.

This was my dry cleaner, but not my laundromat. However, I decided to try doing laundry after I got sick of other laundromat. When I saw business hours, it said till 9:30. I thought closing at 9:30 is early, but I am busy weekend, so I did laundry after work on Tuesday. I started doing laundry at 7:30. I finished with dryer at 8:50. Since the sign says they close at 9:30, I thought I would have a time to fold my laundry. But the Asian female worker told me to go home to fold laundry at home because they are closing at 9:00. Although I was the last customer, I should be allowed to be there till 9:30 and finish my laundry as long as they have a sign which says they close at 9:30. I feel like I was forced to leave because they wanted to go home early. One good thing was the worket spoke in polite English unlike other laumdromat near my apartment. Their machines are newer compare to other laundromats in this area. Charge for dryer is more expensive. 25 cents for 7 minutes.(Other laundromats in this area … 25 cents for 8 minutes.)

It was my first experience here and it turned out to be quite good. The owner is a friendly Korean lady. Good for self-help laundry. Cheap for dry clean. gonna take it as an ideal place for dry clean. Definitely recommend.

This place is not bad. I believe it’s a «little» more expensive doing regular laundry than others but their dry clean service is pretty good. $ 10 for the whole set of suit and $ 2/shirt, pretty good deal(heavy jacket or blazer are $ 12 I believe.) Good location just less than a minute walk from the Grand Ave subway station(Broadway exit), next to the Queens Elmhurst library and bunch of local restaurants, so you could kills a lot of time while waiting for your cloths. They got machines exchange for quarters so it’s pretty convenient, plenty of washing machines as well, and it’s not like a tiny place filled with crowd.
