I can’t not say enough great things about this work out facility or about the instructors. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with a warm encouraging smile. This is a fun, and motivating place to get FITT. It truly is a prescription for the soul and body. Make no mistake about it they work you out, get you in shape and keep you motivated to come back week after week.
