Billy Bob’s Repair and Tire

Terrible customer service! Called their company phone number and arranged for the repair of our diesel injector tractor pump, paid over $ 800, their employee came, took pump, purportedly repaired it. Pump failed subsequently and when we contacted them they wanted to charge all over again after acknowledging that their former employee got fired for accepting cash and not doing appropriate warranty paperwork at the shop. They recognized that the situation was valid on the work done in the rebuild of the original pump by that same fired individual, but they decided not to make it right and wanted to charge me again for the same work, shoddy business practices. Beware of Billy Bobs Mobile Repair of San Antonio. I hope this gets out to as many people as there advertising does.

W got to the campground and our stairs did not work. I called and left a message and got a call back promptly. We discussed the problem and he said the repair person would give me a call which happened shortly.
The repairman called and had a few suggestions which I had already tried.
We discussed him coming out and he said I would have to pay 2 hours travel time from where he was, then I would have pay for the service call and then an hourly rate. It would be cost prohibitive just to have him show up. I also learned that he couldn’t replace just the motor, he would have to replace stairs and all.
I decided to wait till I get home.

While driving thru San Antonio today we blew the turbo boast on our RV. The only place willing to look at the RV and willing to fix it same day. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. Out of 15 places we called very glad these guys helped us out!!! Highly recommend
