Dollar General

Before this Dollar General, I’ve never really considered any dollar store to be a desirable place. LIke any «dollar store,» you have some really interesting people coming in and out, and it makes it a really good people watching destination. It’s hard to go here and not come home with a story. Beyond the three ring circus perpetually put on by its shoppers, this place is actually a great store to shop in. They have, more or less, anything that you might need as far as basic food items and home essentials are concerned and their prices are great. It’s really no wonder why the parking lot is always full. As if the prices and selection weren’t enough, their cashiers are surprisingly nice and always have a good sense of humor. If you live in the area, Dollar General is a great alternative to the longer drive to Giant Eagle or Walmart for a lot of simple shopping trips.

I love this place. I love the bad parking because it is so busy, the cashiers that have worked here for years, and the end of season bargains. This is a dollar store. Expect nothing more but a clean fast shopping experience. It is also in a good location right in the middle of town.
