Lovely store. The front cashier greeted me pleasantly as I entered which was very refreshing. The store is nice and well organized making it easy to maneuver and find exactly what you’re looking for. Plenty of yellow sales indicating sales, bonus reward points and buy one get one free options.
The pharmacist on duty answered my question without hesitation. She seemed knowledgable and happy to assist. The stores carries everything from small food items, greeting cards, cosmetics, vitamins, walkers, ice cream, batteries and still offers the ancient process of photo developing.

My son just told me about him and his friends being racially profiled TWICE. Both in Ellisville, at Walgreens and the Dierbergs across the street.
It didn’t matter that they greeted the staff when spoken to or that they were well dressed. They just had two black kids in their group.
They even told the manager that followed them around the store, then followed them out of the store and asked the black kids to empty their pockets that he was racially profiling them. Even though the buzzer didn’t go off, even though he never let them out of his sight. He told them that he knows what they do and he doesn’t want them in his walgreens. The manager was brown too so you know he gets discriminated against.
The walgreens didn’t have the candy they wanted so they crossed the street to Dierbergs and greeted the clerks but the big white guy followed them this time.
So we had yet another talk about engaging people in public and the police.

We just moved to the area and I am learning my way around. This Walgreens is huge, very clean and orderly! I was greeted right away and an assistant helped me find just what I needed. A huge perk was that she didn’t just point or give me an aisle number, rather walked me right to the item.
I also picked up a prescription while I was there and met Shannon, my new pharmacist. She was so friendly and fun to talk to. By far one of the best Walgreens I’ve been to.

The Pharmacy here is consistently terrible. I’d advise calling before you drive here pick up your prescription; even if they have sent you notifications that it is ready.

This store is clean, well-​organized, and I found what I needed.
I’ve been looking high and low for a regular old address book with little tabs. It seems to have gone the way of the pterodactyl. But I found one here!
There’s all the normal Walgreens merchandise here, including a sizable «As Seen on TV» section — always worth a chuckle or two. Rows and rows of cosmetics and perfume, lotions and soaps. Pet toys and automotive stuff. And a pretty hefty beer and wine section, along with other foods.
Checkout was a breeze with the friendly and efficient clerk. And it’s not always so at your neighborhood Walgreens!
They’re hauling out all the Valentine’s Day wares. Wowee!
