Ideal Office Suites & Storage

Hello everyone. I would have given this place a good review since the location seems to be neat from the outside and nice from the window end. This was the extent of my experience of this place since I got here on Friday at 3pm and no one was there, even though office hours are until 5. Then I said, «Fair enough» I will be back tomorrow (Saturday). My move was the following day «Saturday» and had all of my belongings. Ready to sign a new lease and arriving 2 hrs early (10am)…I thought what could happen next… Well it turns out the lights were off from the office and waiting room. There was no note on the door and the OPEN sign was turned off. I called their call center and they were shocked that no one was there and thought that the manager headed out to make a bank run. The call center took my name/​number and would contact the manager of the building. Well…20 mins later… I got the manager and he mentioned he was the only one to work today and had to go home because he was sick & cannot return. I understand that people can be sick but the business could not get a replacement for the day??? I mean the place is only open for 4 HOURS??? I mean I could be sick and work for 4 hrs or find someone to cover you. They will be back in business on Monday. I was frustrated since they just lost a customer and ended up going to the place next door.
So if you are planning to use this place and have NO choice… Please call ahead! You will be sorry if you have your stuff and NO ONE IS THERE.
