Boardwalk Pizza

Boardwalk never disappoints! I tried the chicken teryaki pizza the first time I went there and it was delicious. Bbq chicken tasted pretty good too. Recently I got he 18″ pizza with Mozzarella and basil and i loved it, one of my favorite pizzas ever. Their pizzas taste really fresh and the meat is always tender and juicy. In only a short period of 2 weeks, it had become one of my favorite pizza places in St. Louis.

I ordered a meatball sub, bacon cheese fries, and chocolate chip cookies. The meatballs were «ok». The bacon cheese fries were a microwaved cold blob. The cookies were burned. Over all a very poor meal. I won’t be going back.

Great food. Exceptional customer service. We had an 18″ two topping pizza with an order of garlic knots and everything was fantastic.

I like Boardwalk Pizza because of the amazingly generous staff. Sometimes they give me free cookies or desserts to try. The pizzas look so much bigger and taste so much better that almost all pizza places I go to. I will definitely come back a lot. Prices are very fair and this is one of the cheapest place I know for pizza.

This pizza was awesome! I was looking for something other than a chain that delivers and found the most amazing place. When I called they offered suggestions and explained everything on menu!
We had the BBQ pizza and a salad! Yummy… I would consider my self as a pizza savvy person… I loved Boardwalk pizza!!! We will order again next week.

Went last night for dinner — terrific east coast style pizza and a top-​notch salad (rare for a pizza place.) Friendly service, great value, met owner who was on site. Got the medium hand tossed cheese to keep it simple and was really impressed — have been on a tasting tour of late in both NYC and here in STL and was very pleasantly surprised to find this so close to home. We will be back.

We wanted to try Boardwalk, and are we glad we did! 3 pizzas, and an appetizer for only $ 40! The crust was very good… toppings were generous on all pizzas, and everyone really enjoyed them! In addition, they were ready quickly, and the counter staff was very friendly. We carried out the order, but you can eat in, as well. Highly recommend… something here for everyone!

I went there last night with my teenage boys and we ordered (3) 12″ pizzas (meatball — bacon/​Canadian bacon — the great white) and I must say my great white was very good. A really nice garlic sauce topped with mozz, provolone, ricotta, and FRESH herbs. The crust has a good crunch, but it isn’t hard. My oldest boy commented on the fact that the crust had a good crunch and was soft at the same time. If you are looking for an alternative to the traditional pizza I highly recommend the great white. The boys didn’t say much — teenagers — but they gave thumbs up between bites.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich to go for the Mrs. She didn’t care for the teriyaki because it was a bit too sweet. I tried the sandwich and found it to be very good. Her taste buds are off right now because she’s working through a dreaded summer cold. The teriyaki is not too sweet, it is teriyaki and very jummy.
Then I saw the dessert section. We ordered (2) oreo-​nutella calzones and (2) slices of cheesecake to go. The cheesecake was delightful last night while watching the Cardinal game. I took a bite of the oreo calzone just now that was on the counter after left-​over lunch. Holy mother of balls!!! Where have these oreo-​nutella calzones been all my life? If you want rich… you got rich. Amazeballs. These things should be a controlled substance. Drizzle the icing on top of the cinnamon dusted calzone and you don’t need to have sex… you just finished.
Side note;
I personally like my crust to have a good chew and this crust is crispy and soft not firm and chewy. And if I am rating a pizza place I feel I have to rate them on the pizza.

This place has it all. Family owned, super low price, delicious crust, generous amount of toppings and cheese, delicious salads and desserts, and awesome customer service.
My wife, sister, and I came in for lunch this last Sunday and were instantly taken in by the smell. Amazing!
The lunch special is $ 5.99 and comes with an 8 inch pizza (any pizza on the menu or create your own!) a salad and a soda. That’s a damn good deal! We were greeted by a very nice lady behind the register. We ordered and sat down. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza and a salad with lemonade. The pizza came out around 20 minutes later but the salad held us over until then. The crust is absolutely perfect. Thick on the edges and crisp toward the center. There was plenty of toppings and cheese. Like the perfect amount. The salads were also decently sized and great tasting. Everything was so good, we decided to try a dessert calzone. We ordered an Oreo and Nutella Calzone to split and WHOA. This thing was incredible. Definitely enough for 3 people.
Overall, this place is the bomb. Small family owned joint which makes it feel homey, delicious pizza from the crust to the toppings, great salads, great desserts, and amazing specials! Will return next time we are on Manchester.

Excellent pizza, excellent service. $ 6.49 lunch special well worth it. I had the mediterranean the first time, the boardwalk today. Both great. Opted for chips today, the salad was great last time though. Covered seating out front.

Went for lunch. The lunch special is the best deal around! Pizza, salad, and a drink for $ 5.99?! Amazing! Everyone was so friendly, and the pizza was fantastic. More places need to do business like this.

My wife and I ordered pizza here a few weeks ago. It was good pizza. I have no complaints but I didn’t feel there was anything special about it.

Had a pizza delivered last night. 45 minutes for a Friday night isn’t bad, and it was almost exactly what the site predicted.
Pizza was fine. Good crust, not soggy. Lacked sauce, which left the pizza seeming a little flat. The kids liked it, so that’s a plus. Wouldn’t be my first choice (or second… or third), but a solid option as needed.

Seriously the best pizza in St. Louis. A true west county gem. Friendly employees, very fair prices, delicious food, and an awesome selection of toppings. I build my own white style, mozzarella, ricotta, goat cheese, Canadian bacon, and mushrooms. I love east coast style and boardwalk pizza does it right!

Great service, very friendly, goes extra mile if there is an issue, even if it’s on the customer’s side.
Pizza is good as well. Toppings are fresh and the gourmet pizzas are good as well. I particularly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Club pizza. Buffalo sauce is good and you can’t go wrong with whole pieces of bacon on a pizza.
Prices are extremely reasonable. Make sure to check out their website as they have a lot of coupons and deals online.

I am from NJ and very familiar with East Coast Pizza.
Here are the details:
Atmosphere: A couple of tables on the inside and a couple outside. Restaurant is neat, cleaned, some pictures on walls and a TV for sports etc. Daily specials are written nicely on the wall in Chalk.
I ordered a Pizza with Hamburger, Mushrooms and Olives with a bag of chips and a sprite all for $ 6.49 including Tax.
Crust: Thick but crispy at the same time. not burnt. They make their own Pizza dough in the back from Scratch! You can order more toppings and it will not get saugy.
Sauce: Tastes ok. Could use a little bit more kick or zing to it. Definitely tastes good though.
Toppings: Lots of them. No complaints.
Customer Service: The owner was in when I ordered. Very friendly. Smiles, ask questions and gets to know his customers. Good Guy.
Overall. I think MAYBE the sauce needs a little kick but other than that I am very pleased with the quality and price. I will definitely be coming here. Good luck to Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa Johns!
