This is probably the coolest looking Tim hortons ive been to, but it is by far the worst. It’s ski season in ellicotville and this place is always so understaffed. Stopped in after night skiing like we always do and basically the only thing they had for sale was coffee. No hot sandwiches so the girl behind the counter says«we could do the turkey bacon club» ok get me one of those«we don’t have bacon so it will just be turkey» ok fine. Couldn’t get it with soup because they didn’t have any. I didn’t receive my chips with it either. I get that it was around 9:45 pm but when we go in late there is always a big rush of people leaving the slopes, so I would assume they would have food for our long drive home. The service is always painfully slow as well.

Just a shout out that I got bamboozled by a high school kid(HSK). While passing through we stopped for coffee and a comfort break. I asked for a small, but this HSK said that their smalls didn’t have the roll top that lets you win prizes. Well, I of course went for more than I needed and got the medium so I could win a prize! Turns out, medium cups don’t have roll tops either! well done, did not directly lie. so I think that’s a worth an extra star. So, keep your eye on this place. It’s become more American and less Canadian.

I normally enjoy the efficiency and speed of Tim Hortons, but this particular location does not live up to the Hortons standards. I recently went through the drive-thru with 4 of my girl friends, and it took an abnormally long time. To be fair, we each had an order to place, but the woman working the drive-thru speaker repeated every order back incorrectly, sometimes being comically wrong. For example, we ordered a medium coffee with one cream, one sugar, and a sugar cookie flavor shot. What she repeated back to us was, «so you want a cappuccino?» Nope, not even close. When we finally pulled up to the window to receive our orders(I was dreading this part), one of the coffees was wrong, but we did not say anything. Next, we were asked, «wait, how many have I given you so far?» two separate times(the first time, she had given us 3 drinks, the second she had given us 4). It was truly absurd how terrible the service was, although we went back the next day. My boyfriend and another gentleman went inside to place their orders, and when they came back out, they told us it was just as bad inside. However, they noticed that the woman on the cash register was in training and looked panicked at the sound of an order stating, «one coffee, double-double,» so I can only hope this was the same worker on the drive-thru window the previous day.
