Walter is a compassionate lawyer with a wealth of experience. He is direct, knowledgeable and productive. The language and terminology used when dealing with the law can feel like another language and Walter was the one that helped me make sense of everything. I am currently a client of Mr. Ty and I would never imagine going to anyone else for legal services or advisement. He and his staff are the quintessential professionals. Not only phenomenal service, trustworthy and reasonable fees, but you are treated with warmth and sensitivity. Going through a divorce is difficult enough, and to have your attorney and his staff truly care about how you are doing is a rare find. I found Mr. Ty per Unilocal reviews. He was really helpful, thorough, and compassionate during our time of need. He made estate planning an easy process. What I liked best about his business is that I called, the office manager took a message and he promptly called back. Other lawyers didn’t call back at all or quoted such outrageous prices I couldn’t believe it. I highly reccommend him and would use him again in the future.

I was referred through a friend to Walter. I can’t tell you how consistent they are and how happy I am to have found good attorneys. I’m really glad they cover such a broad spectrum of topics and work in several states. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and honest, how often do you get that in lawyers? Rarely.

_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​thinks it is odd not having heard from _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​. _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​asked me to email you and make sure the claim papers saying he was being sued were put in his hands. If given to him any other way he’ll say he never received anything.

He has been served. What else do you need to hear? I don’t care how odd it is, or anything else other than he has now been served. We have a trial date which I emailed you. We wait for trial. If he wants to settle, he can contact me. Other than that, please just sit back and let me handle the case-​You will hear from me when you need to.
Would you recommend him? He was not working pro bono. The case was trivial but does a paying client not deserve respect?
And that refund/​firing he gave, was a blessing in disguise!
