Pizza Primetime

Pizza was flavorless. Tough crust little sauce and heavy cheese. Poor balance of ingredients. Pizza steak was good. Reason for poor rating is food prep cleanliness. Guy wire gloves great. But same gloves fir good prep, answering phone, cash transactions and then while smoking outside as we left. Will NEVER go there again. Previous poster correctly noted name change but same guy. Strange

Pizza Primetime, at least the location adjacent to Route 144, is a wonderful little pizza joint. I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu, and everything has been great. The employees are very friendly and they get the food made quite quickly. The food is excellent… there’s a lot of pizza places around here and I now refuse to go to most of them in favor of Pizza Primetime. I recommend it to everyone. Plus, the coupon specials are insanely cheap.

This place is a little odd to say the least. It has changed names 3 times but appears to have the same owner. I am really wondering what’s up with this place. We ordered pizza from here twice and had neighbors do the same, and it’s simply not good.
To be fair, we never ordered anything else off the menu.

Best traditional crust pizza in 21 042. Sauce has more flavor, crust has more texture than either Boli or Vocelli nearby. The cheese is what makes the biggest difference. More flavor in the cheese here for sure. Order from the little guy, you’ll be glad you did. I’m heading over there right now, then to Bön Chon for rest of fam’s chicken.
All I’ve had here is the pizza. Jessica: Why would you get chicken from a pizza place???

I manage a local retail store and my team orders lunch locally almost every day. We decided to try Pizza Primetime because it was new, they deliver, and we had received a mailer with their extensive menu.
Several of my employees had already been halfway through their food when one of my employees bit into a «chicken bite» and made a weird, pained face. He stopped chewing, reached into his mouth, and pulled out a shard of metal. It was about the width of 5 staples, and the length of 1.
I immediately called Pizza Primtetime to make them aware of the issue. I really just wanted them to know so they could make sure no one else may be effected. The gentle man I spoke with apologized to me and told me it could have been from the cleaning brush (bristle) but I corrected him and told him it was definitely a shard not from a brush. He said his manager would call me back. When I did get a call back, all I received was a superior and sarcastic tone from the manager. He was so nonchalant about the whole situation that at that point I did demand a refund on the chicken bites that contained the shard ($ 7.99). I explained to the manager that my employees stopped eating their food because no one wanted to continue eating due to what happened to the employee with the metal shard. The manager at Pizza Primetime told me that he would be happy to refund me my money, however he would need his «merchandise» back. I told him I would get all of his «merchandise» together so he could refund me, even though I would have to dig through the trash. He made sure to tell me since my employees each ate ½ of their cheese fries that I would only be reimbursed ½ of the cheese fries. I assumed the same was true about the 2 inches that was consumed from the 12 inch sub so I made sure to calculate accordingly. I called the manager back and let him know I successfully dug through the trash and recovered his precious «merchandise» and he told me he would come get it so I could be reimbursed. It is now the next day and he has yet to follow through with picking the merchandise up, or crediting me back.

3 slices ordered for 3 different people– Pizza slices were DRASTICALLY different sizes, and had the cheap frozen dough taste
Update: manager did end up crediting whole order back but never showed up to pick up merchandise i dug through trash for.

I ordered from this place today the pizza was great. My son had ordered the wings with fries and cheesesteak and he was very happy with it. The delivery was very fast and the driver was very polite will be ordering from them again they also have 2 outher stores I’ve ordered from them also there food is always hot and fresh will be ordering from there again also they have great coupon specials
