I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for your appliance repairs. Beth Piotrowski set up the appointment (for the next day) and was very easy to work with. The technician who came to my home, Abdollah Mahmoudi, was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. The charge was very reasonable.

The repair of our Kitchenaid dishwasher over Thanksgiving quickly turned from a disaster to a smooth and seamless solution thanks to the folks at Mr. Appliance in Ellicott City. What timing! Our household of two expanded to ten for the week. Having a functioning dishwasher was important for clean-​up but even more important for keeping thing sanitized. I never dreamed we would get such timely and complete support on short notice at holiday time. The gentleman, Eduardo Gutierrez, showed up at our door promptly and immediately removed his shoes. (A much appreciated gesture!) He quickly and efficiently inspected and diagnosed the problem and provided a work-​around until a new part was available. What a relief! The pleasant office support provided by Beth Piotrowski was positive and reassuring. Mr. Gutierrez was as pleasant as could be.
