I saw Dr. Dreese here for a recent shoulder injury and was pretty happy with the whole experience. When I called after my primary care doctor referred me their administrative staff was quick and efficient and got me an appointment within a couple of days. Wait times were always reasonable and I never had problems with billing or any other hassles like that.
Dr. Dreese himself seemed like a nice guy. He took the time to explain my injury to me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The support staff (x-​ray techs, nurses, etc) were all very courteous and professional. Thankfully I didn’t need surgery so I didn’t get the «full experience» so to speak.
