Cheap Korean food, that comes out piping hot, with a good amount of serving all at your convenience. It is located next to a food shopping center(lotte) which is pretty much a version of HMART in NY. There is plenty of parking and at the food court, plenty of options of different type of food.

Nothing hits the spot like some good home korean cooking as my girlfriend says. Located inside of a shopping center, food court style. You sit on tables and chairs made from split logs and trees. Lots of people about talking and eating their meals but the food is fantastic! I ordered the bulgogi bibimbap, i love bibimbap and this place is nothing short of perfect. The stone bowl came sizzling and make my rice close to the burnt perfection. There was plenty of bulgogi enough for two, but i don’t share my beef so tell your friend to get their own. This is the best bibimbap bowl I have ever had but for the price and place it’s served, its about as good as it can get. Huge portion for the price I paid. Next time I’m in Ellicott City, I know where I’m going for lunch.

The food was very delicious. I will recommend this place to my coworkers. Good customer service and people were very kind to us.

Ordered homestyle bibimbap and bulgogi for takeout. Huge portions and everything was quite tasty. The vegetables in the bibimbap were really fresh. The rice was neatly packed in separate containers, along with kimchi and pickled radish sides plus little containers of the appropriate sauces. I’ll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

When I first moved to Ellicott City and was introduced to the Lotte food court, this was the first place I ordered from. My family and I stopped visiting for a few years, however, because it was becoming clear that as a Chinese(aka non-Korean) family, our orders were not prioritized, or they would not give us any banchan or kimchi at all. Not okay. Fast forward a few years and I basically no longer visit any of the other stalls because when I come to Lotte’s food court, I want one thing — jjamppong. And Manna has it. It’s a big ol’ bowl of delicious noodles in a great spicy seafood broth(although if you want a stronger seafood flavor, I’d recommend some other stalls for that) and a bunch of goodies like mussels, head-on whole shrimp, and wood ears. It always comes with the danmuji(yellow radish), which is a great complement to the noodles. Payments have gotten easier in the past few years since they switched to a Square stand as well. Some of the items are definitely hit or miss. I think the jjamppong is a hit for sure. Get it. Enjoy it. Other items that we’ve gotten of late with success here are the sundubu and the dolsot bibimbap. Galbi and bulgogi are usually pretty good here too.

Came here to get some food with my husband. I had the yukaejang and he had the jajangmyun. Ordering was easy, but when the order was called over the loud speaker it was very hard to understand. After about 20 minutes after ordering though, we had our food. The yukaejang was okay, not too flavorful. The kimchi was not very good and the other side dish wasn’t memorable at all. My husband didn’t like the jajangmyun at all. Luckily we got another dish from another restaurant to make our meal a bit better…

One of my favorite places to grab lunch. It’s quick, it’s cheap and the food that I’ve had is tasty. I usually get the kimchi jigae(kimchi soup) and it’s great. I keep realistic expectations — this is basically a food court. I took my son with me recently, as he is beginning his journey into Korean food. I ordered the bulgogi for him. It was okay, a little bland but it was tender. The jampong must be good because it seems to be one of their most popular dishes. Again, for food court-style Korean food, it’s very solid.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rating since they are always decently busy. My favorite here is the Bibimbap and the Sundubu(Soondooboo) both you can get vegetarian. Don’t be fooled by the ramen, its just packaged shin ramen but its not thaaat bad with the toppings and such. Overall, very good place, affordable, with decent portions.

I said to a korean friend that this was the wrong place to get jajangmyun and she replied, «it’s the wrong place to get a lot of things…» The jajangmyun was hands down horrible. Brown sauce, gooey, and a grand total of 3 pieces of pork on a huge bed of noodles. Didn’t come with anything else. I asked for some hot sauce or something and they pointed me to a jar of chili flakes. On the flip side, the mool naengmyun was decent, although it’s hard to mess that up.

Located within Lotte Plaza(the one right off of 29), Manna Korean is probably one of the more popular joints within its food court. There’s a variety of Korean items offered here, ranging from barbecues meats and jumbo dumplings to rice bowls and noodle dish and the like. Prices are pretty reasonable, likely less expensive than actual restaurants.

When I come to this Lotte I normally eat at the Japanese place, but yesterday my boyfriend and I wanted Korean. I got the chicken bulgogi while he got the steak bulgogi. Both were tender, spiced accordingly, and delicious. For $ 20 you get *a lot* of food, enough to take home even! Very good, can’t wait to come back.

This is the place I go to whenever I happen to be in Ellicott City and need to satisfy my Korean food fix. It is located in the back of a small food court within the Lotte Mart. It’s a hole in the wall type establishment that serves great Korean food, always served fresh. I’ve had the bibimbap and a few of the soups(don’t remember the names) and would recommend them all. Ambiance is lacking(it’s a food court), you basically sit on chairs that resemble tree stumps. So probably not the ideal place for a first date, but after you reel them in a little bit, impress them with how cultured you are and how you discovered this little gem in the middle of nowhere. If you are ever shopping at Lotte Mart, make it a point to pit stop here.

I had never eaten Korean until I started working with someone who was Korean. Now I am ADDICTED. Manna, in the Lotte Shopping Center is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. The Jampong is absolutely delicious and I am recently exploring other options. I just had the Chicken and Noodles and I devoured it. I highly recommend opening up to Manna and trying new things if you have never had Korean.

This is in the Lotte Supermarket food court alongside several other restaurants. They have a very large menu here though I typically play it safe and get the jjamppong here. The jjamppong(spicy seafood soup with noodles) is not too bad. Good portions, tastes pretty good, and not terribly expensive. My only problem with Manna is that they tend to be a little on the slow side. Sometimes, when I’m with my friends or family, we’ll go to the food court here and order from the various restaurants. More times than not, the people who order food here get their food last(sometimes, much, much later than the rest of us). Overall, an average place to grab Korean food. If you find yourself shopping at Lotte and want Korean, it’s a decent choice. However, I’d rather seek out another Korean restaurant in the area as there are many other restaurants there that have better versions of the same food.

Located in the food court next to Lotte Supermarket. This place is definitely one of the more popular restaurants in the food court. Located in the very back corner of the food court. Accepts credit cards! Cheap, tasty, homey Korean food. The entrees usually come with a bowl of rice, banchan(pickled spicy radish, kimchi, takuwan; depending on what you ordered), and a bowl of seaweed soup(if you ordered a non-soup item). Also complimentary cups of hot barely tea or water. Pretty Standard Korean food at a very reasonable price. For about 8 dollars, you can get a complete meal. This food court seating is a little bit on the small side(wooden tables with wooden stumps for seats). A good alternative to the H-Mart Hanoori Food Court if you’re on this side of town. I do believe that the people who own/manage this joint, are the same owners/managers of the Korean joint inside of H-Mart. Have tried: Soon du boo, Dol Sot Bim Bim Bap(we like this one better than the H-Mart food court one), Kalbi Tang, steamed buns, grilled kalbi, Ja Jang Myeun(okay, but the restaurant next door makes it much more tastier). Just don’t order the«Squid Tempura» here(not squid actually, too too oily, and the oil being used was passed it’s time/has that over-used taste).
