Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would go to Budget. I had the worst experience. First and foremost they would not rent me a car. My credit card would not go through their system and they said they could not run it again for 24 hours. I asked them to deduct the full value of the car from my checking acct and when the car returned to put it back in my acct. They would not. I had 2 debit cards, I had my license, I had a utility bill proving my address, I had plenty and I had enough in my bank about to buy the car. They were rude, treated me like 3^rd class citizen, I had to wait an hour have my wife drive from work to get me. They offered no options and neither did their regional manager. The next morning I walked into budget, gave them a debit card and left with a car in 10 min. They lost a client and I’ll never use enterprise anywhere anytime in the future.

The whole process went smoothly. I was pleased with the whole experience.
