Dunkin’ Donuts

I got a donut hole yesterday and then got food poisoning. Had to spend the day in urgent care with an IV after vomiting and diarrhea. I thought i was going to die. This place is incredibly unsanitary

Coffee is good, and the service is very quick.
It’s definitely a cheaper alternative to Starbucks, which is just down the road.
Usually plenty of seating for small families in the morning.

Coffee is fresh and service was quick. It seems I always find a dunkin donuts location when I need one. I stopped in on my way up to Turf Valley. There was no crown and no wait. I only ordered and large coffee and a bagel to go. The coffee was hot and made to my specifications. There is something about the liquid sugar that I cant resist. I was in and out fast so if I am ever in the area for anything I would stop in again.

Im sitting here right now and 2:30 is when they move all the donuts and saw them move it with bare hands. No gloves or anything. I work in a food place as well and we always have to wear gloves even after washing hands. Pretty disgusted.
***Edit: I just saw a fly land on the donuts… There’s a bunch of bugs in here and it’s disgusting.

This location has really gone down hill in the last year. Coffee used to be great and now it’s always burnt or stale and they never put the correct flavor in the iced coffee. I used to swear by this dunkin donuts and now I avoid it at all costs. It makes me so sad because this was my favorite dunkin donuts, my go to dunkin. Very disappointed.

Not the best customer service. I ordered an iced caramel latte… It had the worst taste…, no caramel, no whip cream, not enough milk, ¾ of the glass was ice. When I went to politely asked for whip cream and caramel the lady topped off my glass with whip cream in a way it was dripping all over my lid and cup. I had to use several napkins to clean up her mess. Still with bad taste overall. And she was laughing about it, sarcastically asked if I wanted some more. I will never go back there, tables were so dirty.

Now that there is a new Dunkin Donuts on Marriotsville road, I will not be coming to this shop. I like Dunkin Donuts coffee, but why put up with arrogant and unfriendly management, when we now have choices?
Marriotsville’s location has fast, friendly service and an updated comfortable store. Thank goodness for options for getting my Dunkin Donuts coffee.

My fiancé and I love milkshakes and a milkshake is supposed to be thick right, not like ice milk? So every time we come here I emphasize that we’d like them thick and not runny, mind you the milkshakes aren’t cheap. Tonight I came and specifically asked for 2 thick milkshakes, they charged me $ 2 extra a piece for extra ice cream, seriously?! You sell milkshakes, not cold ice milk, they are supposed to be shakes. Also, they aren’t very polite over the drive through or in person really. Disappointed.

My husband and I went in for donuts and one of the guys working behind the counter actually picked his nose and ate it!!! My husband called him out on it and we left but while we were there no one said anything to the guy who did it. Really??? I guess they think it’s ok to pick your nose in front of customers. Disgusting. My family will never get anything from there again.

This Dunkin Donuts has a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream inside with it too. It’s a decent place to get coffee though it’s not all that fancy inside and the workers there sometimes are a bit unwelcoming.
The workers there usually get my orders correct so I like it. But they can be a little quiet /​unwelcoming too. Once, I went in, ordered a coffee and paid without talking to the worker at all. Yeah. It was kind of weird.
It IS a little tired looking on the inside so it’s probably not a great place to go on a date… but then again, I guess Dunkin Donuts isn’t exactly the best date spot to go to to begin with.
Don’t forget that there’s a drive thru here too :)

Reviewing a Dunkin’ Donuts. Lol. I really have too much time on my hands.
Anyways, this location has been around forever, and they do a good job. A lot of the other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to struggle with getting orders correct at the Drive-​thru. This place is very accurate, even with more complex orders like «Medium Iced Decaf Caramel Almond Coffee with Extra Skim Milk and No Sugar.»
They’ve only got my order wrong 1 – 2 times out of hundreds of orders. Careful in the mornings before work though. The line can get pretty long for the drive-​thru. Plan on sitting in line for a couple minutes at least, depending on what the people in front of you are ordering.
Generally, the workers are fast when it comes to serving most of the items. It’s only when people start ordering some large quantity of bagels or breakfast sandwiches that the line really gets backed up and slow.
But still, this place is a part of a large chain. Coffee isn’t the best in the world, but better than most places :)
