Winghouse Bar & Grill

Just ok on the food. Service could have been better. People came in after us and got waited on before us

I am really torn. Read this as two different places, k (food and restaurant/​atmosphere)??
Came in at lunch bcuz I’m hungry and I know NOTHING about this place, but as we all know, I am predisposed to the barnyard pimp (chicken) so away we go…
The food: Ordered 20 wings (bbq), onion rings and a fish sandwich (for later). The wings are HUGE… easily the biggest I have ever eaten outside of my house. they take the entire wing and separate the drumstick from the other two sections. Very nicely sauced. The onion rings were hot and plentiful. The fish sandwich is a large piece of «real fish fillet» not a square!!, grilled bun and veggies. Based on the food alone, 6 stars
My server did everything a server should, kept drinks full and my food came out screaming hot (although my «to go» order came out first), checked on me and didn’t ignore me… buuuuut
The restaurant: I have read other reviews saying things like «NOT my scene at all… seems like a cheap hooters rip off…» and «very young girls with their butt cheeks hanging out peppered the dining room… just relying on their T&A to help them out». There is more than a bit of truth in those statements. A LOT of T and a LOT of A. I was here for lunch and there were 7 or 8 REALLY bored (cuz it was slow) ladies walking around trying to be busy. I felt like an perv for looking and weird if I didn’t… outside of that, its a sports bar — lots of bar space, lots of televisions, just with T&A — 2 stars
To recap: Loved the food (portions, prices and selection) the restaurant made me uncomfortable (I can’t bring the missus or my mama here)

Not sure the review matters much because the place is always packed, but I’ve been here four times. One time was decent, the other three not so much. Between slow service and undercooked wings, it’s a nightmare to eat there.
I’m thinking I may give it a full year before try again.

Well I’m not sure if the wing was rotten or maybe it was a tumor GROSS! The quality of the wings they buy must be the absolute cheapest junk they can find. NEVER AGAIN!

1^st and last visit to Winghouse. It was not good from the beginning! Walk up to three ladies holding the door open and 1.) observed two of the ladies were rolling their eyes and talking bad about the other 2.) the girls did look «clean or put together»…their uniforms looked dirty as if they had grease stains on them. Immediately, I noticed this place was a Hooter’s knock-​off.
Our server was patience but her kindness wasn’t enough for me to add a star. We ordered traditional wings, boneless wings, slider burgers, and curly fries. The wings were all flavorless as if there was no seasoning on the wings and they only added the sauce on top after cooking (you can’t cook without seasoning the meat, it’s amateur). The sliders were ok but, again, bland; we had to add BBQ to them. The fries were disappointing because if they’re going to knock-​off Hooter’s at least leave the awful frozen breaking off of them. These were typical frozen fries you can get from Publix.
It was lunch time so I was shocked that there were a bunch of girls with dingy uniforms just walking around with no one to serve. That alone showed lack of management because a handful of these girls could have been sent home (particularly the ones who didn’t look clean). When you work in a place like this they should be required to bring a back-​up uniform.
I prefer Hooter’s (maybe it’s because I’m a Northerner… IDK but I didn’t like it all).

Was fun, our waitress was beautiful and gave our party of 4 good service. Wings were off the chain. Drinks are expensive but you are in Florida lol. Will visit again, btw I seen a bunch of family’s in their with their kids do its kid friendly. I like this over hooters now.

never had been to a winghouse before… stopped in to get a quick bite and couple of beers. NOT my scene at all… seems like a cheap hooters rip off… very young girls with their butt cheeks hanging out peppered the dining room, offering very little «good» service and just relying on their T&A to help them out. food was ok, big portions, not expensive, beer was not very cold, server we had seemed lost. we never were given silverware, just the roll of paper towels on the tables, that were community use because the top of the roll was covered in old wing sauced fingerprints… room full of horny old guys just there to check out and drool over the hootchie cootchie girls. not a place we’d return to…

I will not eat there again. Fish Tacos are misrepresented. Says they are line caught when they are really Asian Catfish. Farm raised in sewage ponds in Vietnam not subject to onsite not FDA inspectors, and the most nasty thing you can eat.
If they are dishonest with the origin of their fish how can you trust them.
Profit over quality.

Very new Winghouse, and sorely needed in this area. Although «green», the staff is very friendly and accommodating. TV setup is solid… screens are large enough to see multiple ones from basically anywhere in the restaurant. I haven’t been here on an NFL weekend yet, but I have for college football, and it was a great place to post up and enjoy the day.

My wife and I ordered fish tacos and an order of fries. It took 40 mins. For the tacos to reach the table without the fries. We had to wait another 5 mins. For the fries. The tacos were not worth the wait, they were dry fish with lettuce.
May go back and try the wings, but it won’t be soon.

Great wings and beer! Came here with a few friends for dinner. Food was great, had to wait a little longer for it though.
