What a decline! Hadn’t been here for awhile, so took a friend out to dinner. The waitress was absolutely great! The food was really quite bad. My friend had a burger, which she said was tasty but soggy and not put together well. My southwest salad was a joke. It was mostly lettuce, a so so portion of chicken, 5(yes actually) grape tomatoes, very few black beans and some tortilla strips. The absolute worst southwest salad I’ve ever had, and certainly not worth the price. Won’t be back here!

A friend and I just went in for dinner. It was possibly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Ellensburg and possibly my life. We came in and had to sit at a dirty table. It took almost 20 minutes to order. Then another 15 to get any of our food. We saw our server a total of 3 times. And when I ordered a chicken burger to go when recieving our food, and attempted to change it to beef promptly after ordering. However could not get a waitresses attention for another 15 minutes at which time I was informed that it was too late to switch it as it was«almost done». We recieved 1 refill on our drinks despite them being gone almost 5 minutes into the whole experience. PS not a contributing factor to the overall rating but was disappointed with the lack of a student discount especially with the poor service and mediocre food. PPS we also asked for the 50 $ tab to be split when ordering and the bill was not split and as we were on a timetable to leave I ended up paying the entire tab.

No hostess, waited 10 min & left to go elsewhere, saw 3 waitresses, no one came. Disappointed, customers are why you are in business, right?

If I could give it no stars I would. Wow. A 15 min. Wait? And they didn’t even check to see if we had a free appetizer coupon. What a shame, I really wanted to like this place.

The food is road house style. The prices are fair. The atmosphere was good. Staff seemed busy with only a few customers and took a while to be taken care of.

This place has terrible service. The food is fine but it takes MINIMUM an hour after you order to get your food. So many staff are present but most of them are standing just standing around. Don’t waste your time here.

On our way home from Kennewick we thought we’d stop in Ellensburg for a bite and a wine. We should have checked the reviews. It took 10 minutes just to get menus after asking for them. We ordered and literally waited another 20 for our drinks that never came before we walked out seeing our drinks still at the bar no waiter in sight.

30 minute wait on a Friday… it’s a given in this town. Drink orders taken…20 more minutes to get a glass of water while the waiter talked to the neighboring table. Ordered the wings, highly disappointing, small, skin was tough as leather and almost warm enough to eat. The only thing consistent about this restaurant is the inconsistency of quality, service and drinks. Ordered a single Jameson’s on the rocks with a splash of water, got a old fashioned glass filled to the brim with diluted whisky. The only reason this place stays in business is the fact most people in Ellensburg have a low bar for restaurants it seems. All of the other Wing Central establishments seem to follow this model as well

Not very good wings for a «wing joint». Could have just been the day, but unfortunately I won’t give it a second go.

A dozen wide screen TVs but no HD signal?!? Also, it doesn’t take a neurosurgeon to make wifi work in the entire building. That really made me unhappy considering AT&T Wireless is nearly unusable here. The food & drinks weren’t bad, but this is supposed to be a sports bar. Don’t punish your customers with low def football.

Can’t beat their happy hour. 10 wings for 6 bucks. Cash was a great server, one of the better we’ve had. When there isn’t a red robin in your town, the roadhouse grill does the job. Good food.

We stopped by on our road trip to Spokane, and got seated very quickly by a very nice server. She even got our dog a cup of water, who was waiting in the car. The food was surprisingly good — I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and a side salad and it was very flavorful and a large portion. My folks got burgers and sandwiches and they seemed pleased as well. The building looks like a Red Robin layout, so there was plenty of table space, but unfortunately not a ton of customers. The interior wasn’t too exciting, but it was fine for a casual lunch or dinner. I would visit this place again if we were in town, especially if they had some sort of lunch specials that were a couple bucks cheaper.

How can you mess up boneless wings, some of the worst wings ever, pretty sad. Egg roll appetizer was good but other than that, not worth the money!

Here in town registering my kid for school. This was next to the hotel, so we walked over. First, greeted promptly and seated quickly… like no wait. Took drink orders and left us to review the menu. The first night I had a rib Eye Steak and my wife had a salad of some sorts. The second night I had a Prime Dip Sandwich and my wife went the recommended Fish Taco. All of our meals were really good. I was thirsty and kept pounding down the water and my glass was continually refilled. Service was good. Food was good.

This is our 3rd or 4th visit here, but I’ve been hesitant as what to write. We usually come on a game night and compared to Seattle, theres always rock star seat available(right in front of a tv). The waitresses are friendly and attentive, although the one we had last night never looked me in the eye. Instead she focused all her attention on my fiancé. For a second, I swore we were at Hooters since thats how the waitresses behave there. Maybe I was even more sensitive than usual since It was superbowl Sunday, and my emotions were running at an all time high. Either way, it was odd enough for both my fiancé and I to notice it. –Food: My favorites here so far have been the prime rib dip, which is juicy and flavorful. I’m sodium sensitive so I skip the au jus sauce, but my fiancé loves it. The fries are good too. Cut shoestring style and well seasoned. I also enjoy their southwest wrap. It’s huge and filled with lettuce, black beans, cheese, chicken, a delicious sauce and tomato. If you’re watching your sodium intake, I’d suggest this wrap over the other items we’ve tried. Last night they offered a Superbowl buffet for $ 20, which included bbq and hot wings(bone in and bone out), nachos, eggrolls, meatballs, and pasta salad. We weren’t too impressed with the wings, but I did enjoy the bbq boneless wings. Also the southwest egg rolls weren’t too bad. We would probably try ordering them on another night. My fiancé also enjoyed their Hawk-A-Ritas. I love a place that serves great wings and since this is called wings central, I hope they continue to improve on their technique. I’d gladly offer my taste testing skills that have been perfected in Texas. I miss Texas wings!

As far as eburg goes this place is a good bet especially for a crowd. Firehouse fries are a winner and Mexican Caesar good too. Best effort yet in this location.

Service was great, but the food was absolutely terrible. Garlic wings & fries are made with an over abundance of garlic oil that saturates everything near it and the meats were over cooked and flavorless

Waiting for our food over 40 so far minutes and it’s not even that busy. Servers don’t seem too interested in customers. Hoping the food is worth the wait. Well, the food wasn’t anything special. Kobe burger was not hot. Shoestring fries were cold. Why shoestring fries? They aren’t any better than the ones you get in a can. Wife’s chicken basil pasta was hot but not anything special either. Bathrooms need cleaning Tv’s in the bar are great Won’t be back, it’s not woth the wait or price when there are so many options in ellensburg.

Good service, friendly people(thats the extra star). Everything else REALLY sucks. Bad food, hair in the food, poorly mixed cocktails, crappy portions, greasy smeared fingerprints all over the service ware, ugly dated, unclean furnishings, loud ugly«new country» music, flies, stained carpets, sticky booth seating. Hideous. Don’t eat here.
