Pizza Hut

They open at 11am on Saturdays so I called them at 11:10am and placed my order for two large pizzas at carryout. They told me about 20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes, paid for my order and was told it would be another 10 minutes. So I waited 10 minutes, went back and then they said it would be another 15 minutes, that they didn’t even put it in the oven yet. I couldn’t believe it so I asked for my money back and they gave me a full refund. There were at least 3 employees working and no customers inside so I have to wonder why they couldn’t get my order completed in nearly an hour. I wish they could have at least been honest about it and to not process the payment ’til the food was ready.
I called the one in Kanawha City and placed the order before I left Elkview and they had it ready by the time I got there. Avoid the Elkview location!
