Moon services in my opinion are terrible at servicing their customer.
I had to wait 4 to 5 days for an original appointment. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was told they would call me that day with a quote. I had to call them three days later to find out the quote. Tammy had to call me back. Called me back and told me that the parts were not under warranty even though they gave me a 10 year parts warranty.
They stated that because I did not pay them each year to have the unit inspected that the unit is no longer under warranty.
Seems like a rip-​off to me.

$ 90 just to come out, and that’s not including doing any work!
Their «tune up» costs $ 110 (and that’s on sale, normally it’s over $ 200), yet they don’t know what the definition of tune up is, as they don’t actually do anything… I tried to explain to the lady that tune up means to make adjustments and fix things, yet she kept calling it a tune up yet contradicting herself by saying they don’t make any repairs or improvements during the tune up.
If you want to spend a lot of money to get your HVAC looked at, but not fixed, then by all means.
