Tech was here first thing in the AM ready to work before appointment time. Did a very thorough cleaning job of my chimney/​fireplace. Was able to give me a detailed report on things he noticed on the video cam inspection that would need immediate attention, as well as minor things that I could repair myself. There were no hidden charges or add ons, just exactly what I was quoted. I am very pleased with the company’s work ethic and will definitely use them in the future!

Very professional! Prompt and efficient. I’ve been using Ace for years! Techs were able to explain everything right and wrong with chimney/​fireplace. I love the fact that they don’t push you into getting them to fix minor problems that you can do yourself, they even tell you how to fix the issue! I have a more complex problem and they were able to give me a fair ballpark price on the fix. Scheduling has never been an issue.
