I can’t say enough about the excellent service and value I received from Columbia Tile and Marble. The showroom is a bit «off the beaten path» so I really wasn’t sure what to expect but this place totally exceeded my expectations. I was in the middle of a build out of a new fitness studio in Baltimore City so the selection and value were very important to me and the fact that this was my first business, the knowledge and expertise of the staff was absolutely critical.
I relied on the team to guide me on what would work best for the showers and floors knowing the type of wear and tear the floors and showers would receive and at the end of the day, they totally nailed it and my partner and I couldn’t be happier with the final results! The best part is we have spa like showers for our clients and our build out came in under budget thanks to the gang at Columbia Tile and Marble!

I agree with the previous posting about Laura. I showed her a few pictures of what I was considering for my bathroom makeover. She immediately understood what I wanted and steered me toward exactly the products I needed to complete the project.

Totally agree with previous reviewer. A different store called the Tile shop in Columbia was horrible. While they have a flashy showroom, the overall tile selection was mediocre. But even worse, the tiles on display often did not match what was in stock… total bait and switch. On the other hand, Columbia Tile & Marble may not have the most glitzy showroom, but they have an amazing selection of tiles… most in stock. In addition, their prices were the best and the customer service was superb. They really know their stuff, even my contractor was impressed. For our total home renovation, I went to no less then 6 tile stores around Baltimore/​Columbia. Columbia Tile was by far the BEST.

This place is wonderful! we just came from a horrible experience at The Tile Shop and was not expecting much. Wow, was I wrong. This place has so much to choose from and amazing customer service. We had Laura, she may look young but she will blow you away with how much she knows about tile. We are doing a huge project and need a lot of tile. To say we have been looking at tile for months is putting it mildly.
It has very traditional and modern and everything in between. The showroom is smaller and some of the displays are put together a little haphazardly, but there is sooo much product. It’s almost impossible to not fine something great here. If you have a project that needs tile or flooring I would strongly recommend taking a look at this showroom for some ideas.
