I’ve been a customer for years and recently needed new tires. I moved back from California last summer and do a lot of driving for work so I stopped in last week before Thanksgiving to see what they had in stock.
The guys at the shop are always helpful, honest, and they usually get you in and out in a timely fashion.
Discounts for firemen and police with badge, which is always nice. Will be sending my husband who is a Captain in the MCFRS there next time he needs new tires.

I needed brakes and new tires and they took good care of my car for a great price. They let me know that I didn’t need front and rear brakes, just rear, (most places would just do both and charge you without telling you!) and I got a great deal on really good tires.
When I checked my car in the service was very friendly. When I went to pick up my car however, Shane checked me out and was not very friendly at all. I don’t expect people to be gushy or over the top nice, but I do expect basic courtesy. After I paid and said «thank you» I did not get any acknowledgement at all. A simple «you are welcome» or even a «sure, no problem» would suffice. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but at the minimum SOME acknowledgment is necessary. The young man who brought my car around from the shop was much nicer and gave me a cheerful «you are welcome» when I thanked him for bringing the car around.
They get five stars from me and I will definitely take my car back for any further service needs and will hope that Shane is having a better day!
