I was traveling along I-65 and saw a sign at the truck stop advertising«Restaurant’. On my return trip, I noticed Momma D’s, but drove to the truck stop. I found out there was no longer a restaurant at the truck stop. So I walked back to Momma D’s and had a nice lunch special. It consisted of a piece of fried chicken, real mashed potatoes, mixed beans(soup consistency) cole slaw, hmmmm … cornbread, with a cool drink for $ 5.99. The non-smoking side will easily seat 50 or 60 people, the smoking side maybe 20 or so. My waitress was pleasant and service with efficient.
