Chris — the owner and teacher is lovely. My complaint is with the billing service he uses. Our son was unhappy and wanted to stop classes. We pulled him out and spoke with Chris — I thought we were done. I didn’t fully understand the contract we signed. My bad. But Chris’s response was: «you’re in the middle of a cycle and you can’t cancel» We are paying for over 6 months of karate classes that we will not use. I have no use for this place. Don’t sign the auto-billing contract!!!
