Allegra Print & Imaging

Very happy with Allegra right now!
I placed an order and received a thinner stock than requested.
So, I brought the order back to Allegra a little nervous about how it would go. I hadn’t checked here before the first visit, and Krysie’s review scared me. I was worried that it would turn into a bit of a «he-​said, he-​said» issue, and that I would be left holding the bag for a product that didn’t feel like what I had ordered.
Well in the 2 years since Krysie’s review, something must have changed. The staff not only listened and responded well, the manager quickly moved to correct the problem and to provide a resolution that was ideal – he ordered better stock and had the print job prepared again.
The print looks great and I think they earn high marks for professionalism.
