Rotz Septic Service

Very Nice to work with! Starting with my initial phone call looking for a quote for routine septic pumping. It was time for the ever 3 – 4 yer pump for city compliance. Speaking with the very pleasant office manager was enough to seal the deal right there.
I was getting frustrated with so many of the other septic companies. For weeks I had been calling and leaving messages with the others. Seeking a return call, a price quote… wise shopper stuff. I finally called the city because i could not get anyone to call me back and they provided me with a list of more companies that provided the septic pumping service. Then I made another dozen call with no prevail? I mean what the heck! Didn’t they want my money? Then I talked to a few people… How RUDE, short and generally hard to talk to with interruptions. Is working with waste that bad of a job that some places feel they don’t need to return a call… Is their life so toxic that they have to be rude on the phone or even their message on the answering service. OK .I’m Done with that rant.
And Now I have Rotz.
