Jimmy John’s

#13 on seven grain, no cheese. Not hard, right? It is for this location. As I waited for my husband to come back from the bathroom, the yokel behind the counter stared slack-​jawed into space. We ordered and waited… mine came out on the regular sub bread (I was ready, they do that ALL the time), so we waited longer so they could remake it.
Thinking all was right with the world, we grabbed the sandwich and left, only to find out later they didn’t even make the right sandwich. Ugh! WTF? $ 6 went straight into the dumpster (mayo and bacon, yuck!!). Seriously, Jimmy Johns? It doesn’t matter how lightening fast you are when you have incompetent people working in your stores! All you do is take orders and make SANDWICHES, how difficult is it to get at least 2 out of three things right?!?
I called to let them know and though the girl was nice and apologetic, the only thing she could do was give me a gift card… I live in Minneapolis, not happening. So thanks for nothing Jimmy Johns. Used to love your sandwiches, but I am seeing a slide in service and quality. Not sure your either is worth bothering to go back for…

If they did not have delivery, their would be no product. Their drivers are fast and professional. The sandwiches are an excellent filler, but I have yet to find a sandwich I enjoy.

Food has been fresh and good to go the dozen or so times I’ve been here. Staff is nice. Music is a little to loud sometimes, but I would rather listen to music then someone on their phone.

I love Jimmy Johns but seriously it’s a chain. I can make a better sandwich. Go to a local and stop chain yanking!

They get a ONE due to their unwillingness to deliver to me at my home (where I work) yet they deliver further to schools and businesses. Very unfortunate because I love Jimmy Johns and would eat their more often but I tend to eat at Subway more because if I have to run out, I am going make it a quick trip!

I eat at this Jimmy John’s location quite a bit. The staff is always friendly, the store is always extremely clean, and they are seriously freaky fast. It’s a nice change from Subway, probably because I’ve been to Subway a few hundred-​thousand times in my lifetime. I have liked every sandwich I’ve ever tried here which is very cool, this way I don’t get in a rut of ordering the same one every time. Also they have a sandwich called the JJ Unwich (and I would not order this but some may), I guess it’s same as any sandwich but without the bread? wtf? Guess it’s for the carb watchers. Don’t forget to order a pickle with your sanny, sure they’re like .95 cents but they some damn good pickles.
