Tropical Pools

Sergio is Great! My pool equipment died and the pool sat idle for 9 months until I could afford to fix it. Needless to say, it was pretty gruesome by the time it came to clean up and fix everything. Sergio came in an drained and cleaned the pool and fixed all the equipment for about half the price as other quotes. That was 4 years ago and he has maintained our pool ever since. When things break down, he always gives me different options to fix the problems and explains everything very clearly. Thanks Sergio.

So happy with this service. I had called three other pool businesses and I had two no shows and one that just lied all together and did not show up at all and said they had. My gate was locked and they sent a bill, but Sergio came to out rescue!!! We hadn’t had an I ground pool before and he came out and showed us the ropes and was very informative and just great! I’m glad the others did not show now.
The initial part of service was great but follow through was not their strong suite. Of all of the things we discussed for him to do to get the pool and equipment running well, it wasn’t done. My vacuum still doesn’t work and I got really disgusted and stopped using the service and done it on my own. Next season I will hire someone who will keep their word and schedule!

I was looking for some advice on the safety of draining my pool and called Tropical Pools. Not only did I get a comprehensive answer, but I was bombarded with a wealth of valuable pool knowledge for nearly 20 minutes lol. Thing is, I’m not even a customer! This is what Unilocal is about; informing others as to great customer service! It is, unfortunately, quite rare these days and regardless of the service, I always take the opportunity to spread as much good praise about it when I encounter it in hopes it will be encouraged. Awesome service!
