I really love their sandwiches but I just wish they’d at least get my order done right and on time. I have no complaints other than the workers having to pay CLOSE attention to online orders. Other than that the staff is very nice!

Well let’s start off by saying my sister made a trip to togos earlier today in the evening and received a salad with some kind of watery substance when she flipped it upside and the lady looked at her coworker like«Oh shit she noticed» and offered to make a new one… So then tonight I decided to get a sandwich and my parents wanted ice cream so I’ll start off with the togos side first so I walk up to order a sandwich where there was 4 or 5 employees all girls and 1 guy who are just standing around talking and I believe calling a manager since I over heard someone was schedule the following day twice. then I finally got noticed a few mins later she makes my sandwich I had no issue I get home she didn’t even cut it like it should be… Now I’ll start on when my parents ordered ice cream my father ordered a 2 scoop banana royal which looked like barely a scoop and a half and it only had 2 pieces of banana he also ordered an extra scoop in another cup which was almost bigger then the 2 scoops for his banana royal… We get home and since I didn’t see the owner I figured I would call to find out when he or she would be in or even talk to possibly their daughter some lady named«iris» answered and told me they go on vacation starting tomorrow and wouldn’t be back till next week and then proceeded to ask me what happen and as I’m telling her the list of issues she tried to argue with me about how there wasn’t a watery substance in my sister’s salad and I told her I don’t need to argue with you. this is very unprofessional and unorganized place after this incident I doubt I will ever go back to this togos again I’m so disappointed considering it is convenient and right down the street they were also out of almost everything and only had white bread available… I am still calling the owners when they get back

I love togos but this location is the worst. Terrible management and pretty poor customer service. The main manager is the worst offender of all of them. And 50% of the time the sandwich maker gets my order right. Never written a review for anything before but the consistency with how much they mess up my order on top of the continual poor customer, I just needed to vent. I have been silently watching this location implode in the past 6 – 7 months. Of course I’ll keep coming because I love togos but they need to straighten some stuff out over there.

I eat many lunches at Togo’s and normally I have whatever their daily combo special is. But recently I have been having the pastrami urge. That isn’t one of the $ 5 specials, but as I belong to the online club I am always getting discount offers. Both the pastrami sandwiches I have had recently were discounted. This sandwich was good, but not great as I thought it needed more meat. I saw the Girl weight the pastrami and she added and took away twice to get just the right«officially permitted» amount of meat on it. At least they heat the meat separately from the bread.

I want to start by saying I rarely write reviews unless I get great/horrible experiences. First, I love Togos and have been going there for 20 years. I went to this location for the first time on 1÷9÷16 and was helped by a 50s middle eastern lady(owner?). She looked very unhappy from the moment we came in and didn’t greet us or smile once during our entire visit. We had 4 sandwiches which took almost 30mins and she looked annoyed making them. What really bothered me was while she was making our 3rd sandwich, which usually came with Dijon mustard, she never asked what condiments we wanted and just put it on. I told her that I didn’t want Dijon and rather wanted chipotle mayo, and she responded by saying, «well I already put it on.» I told her that I didn’t want dijon and she said that it was already on my sandwich and there was nothing she could do, insinuating that I had to purchase the sandwich the way it was. I reiterated that my wife will not eat Dijon and she got all pissed off and told me with a major attitude, «you should have told me that before!» And then finally made me a new sandwich. Last time I checked it’s there job to ask what condiments go on a customers sandwich and especially insinuating that it’s my fault that the sandwiches was made incorrectly. To top it off trying to make me purchase a sandwich that wasn’t made the way I wanted it. I will NEVER go back to this location and will contacting corporate about the horrible service that is destroying the Togos brand.

It has been years since I was in a Togos, figured eh why not go. My husband and I are enjoying the food(little heavy on the condiments but still good) but the customer service we got from our cashier(dark hair, pretty with light make up) needs some improvement. Out of 4 girls working the counter we got the one with the worst attitude. No smile no sense of happiness in her face at all. Now don’t get me wrong she may not like her job but good night you can at least semi fake it. When I said I couldn’t read the menu I got a big eye roll and she turned around and sighed. Didn’t know there was a printed menu on the counter in front of me lol I’m short We will be back for the food but she needs a attitude adjustment.

Have been a customer of this location for many years. Today I ordered a salami kids meal for my daughter(as I’ve done in the past with no problem). When I told her I wanted the ice cream and no chips, I was told that I had to pay separate for that as salami is not included in the kids meal option. Again, no problem before. And this was after she already made the sandwich. I asked her what size she made and the response was«the kid size». But I can’t get it in a kid meal??? I’m normally not one to complain, but when a big deal is made over nothing, and can cause you to lose a customer, I’m not sure why more businesses can’t be more accommodating. Great food, bad service today!!!

Horrible customer service! After spending 10 – 15 minutes creating an account, I ordered online and the website said 20 minutes until pickup. I thought great! Wrong! Went in and stood in line only to find out that the staff had not even noticed my order on the fax machine until I pointed it out that it was sitting there. Why order on line? Called manager today, who stated that they get busy and then began to give me attitude saying, «Well, you got your sandwiches didn’t you?!» That’s not the point, if you say, «Twenty minutes» then either it should be 20 minutes or add a disclaimer. Chipotle, Wing Stop, etc., all take my online order and give me a real time frame. When I get to Chipotle, I go to the front of the line(which is usually around the whole restaurant with dozens and dozens of people) and pick up the online order. They don’t say, «Sorry, we got busy.» They are never NOT busy which is why I order online. They keep their online ordering separate from their in-store customers! And that’s the way it should be. I love Togo’s sandwiches, but this location sucks, especially the rude manager!

I really like Togo’s. This location however, needs to replace a lot of their employees. The whole vibe in there is just slow and sad. They still manage to make the sandwiches pretty well, so I go back because there’s not another Togo’s in the immediate area.

My fiancé and I had a good experience at this location today. It was not very busy at any point during our visit. But the staff was polite and attentive. Our food was very good and well prepared. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is the fact that almost all the tables were dirty when we got there and the root beer syrup was out. Both of those issues were fixed shortly after we sat down to eat. It appeared that the owner was there and making sure things were running well. We will be coming back next time we are in the area.

Let me start off with saying. I LOVE togos… it’s my favorite sandwich shop. This togos however, is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The SLOWEST and RUDEST employees I’ve ever seen. I’ve given thus location THREE tries now, hoping it was just a bad day for the employee, but I’ve had a different employee«help» me each time and they are all slow and rude. They definitely lost my business.

This location is a hit or miss for us every time. The sandwiches are good, but you can’t really mess that part up when my boyfriend can see over the counter and makes sure the correct ingredients are being put on. The service however, is the issue here. There are two girls that are always smiling and very nice, but other than that all the employees look unhappy to be there. I feel bad because I understand that customers can be rude and put a damper on their day, but they need someone to motivate them through that. I hope the hiring sign that’s been in the window recently gives this location what it needs!

I was starving after running errands. I am a huge gym freak so do not like fast food. As in burgers tacos etc. I pulled up at 9:45 and they closed at 9:30 I went to the door and they happily let me in. I have been addicted to their veggie wrap ever since I got it 3 weeks ago. Very great customer service. Best sandwich place in town. Highly recommend the veggie wrap which is huge. No sauce just hummus for you gym people out there. =]

They stopped accepting the Zbest coupons even though the book has them in there. They were always skimpy on the meat and veggies anyways. It’s probably the owners being cheapskates. I will take my business to the Togos on Meadowview from now!!!

Not sure what what’s going on with the bad reviews before but it is August 6, at 4:45, and the staff and employees were very friendly and my sandwich was excellent! This is my second visit to this location and I don’t recall a problem on my first visit either, which was around 8 p.m. a couple of months ago. I ordered a number 7 roast beef and added avocado and provolone cheese, cold on honey wheat bun, it was delicious! Also, if you sign up for their emails they send you a coupon for a free birthday sandwich which is what I used today! I would visit this location again when I am in the area.

Worst store ever! First, they are always training people which says something about the management. Can’t even keep min wage people happy. I understand why though. I was in there 5⁄25 and it was ridiculous. If I had only been there for myself I would have left. I came in, there were five people behind the counter and only two helping customers that were for the same order. One customer, two people helping him. After being ignored for just under 10 minutes, I walked over to the Baskin Robins side and asked the girl to do a hand packed pint for me.(more on this later) Walked back over, still ignored, manager also still ignoring… Group of six come in after me, manager calls out, «we’ll be with you in a minute». I warn them not to get to excited… The customer previously is finally done and the two actually working just stand there talking, not taking new customers… Finally, they realize that we aren’t just there to cheer them on and start helping myself and one other customer. Had to walk the guy step by painful step regarding what I wanted. It was still wrong in the end. Apparently, the register was on the blink cause the first customers were still waiting to pay. The manager, with a very snotty attitude, kept saying, «just give us a minute»(I had been there for more than twenty at this point). I ran over and paid for my ice cream and went back and finally paid for my sandwich. The hand packed ice cream that you pay $ 8 for a pint(I know, ridiculous) was not even 2⁄3 full. She left tons of air pockets and didn’t even bother to attempt to get the carton full. I see that the management keeps responding to the reviews. Don’t bother. I won’t be back. Maybe if you spent half as much time actually running the store as you obviously do answering these reviews you wouldn’t have to keep apologizing.

The store closes at 10pm and they had almost all the lights off and their open signs off by 9pm. I almost didn’t come in because I thought they were closed. Good thing I pulled up closer. Secondly, apparently the«shift leader» there did not make me feel welcome at all. She was giving me dirty looks the entire time I was there. Maybe she had a bad day? Regardless, that’s not how you treat your customers. Not to mention, she should have more respect for the other employees. She yells at them like they’re dogs. It became awkward when they started to bicker at each other in front of everyone. Unprofessional.
