After charging me $ 125 to come out and inspect my property, Fred, the owner, promised to purchase 8 squirrel traps for me and bring them over at a specific date and time. He missed that appt without even a call, and the next two he set after missing each one. I told him I have a terminal illness and it’s very hard for me to get up and get ready so please keep appts. With each scheduling, he said he had nothing else to do that day but always came up with excuses of «servicing regular customers» despite our appt. After the third missed appt, he sent this text in response to me canceling the service:” My son got hurt at practice I have to take him to the doctor! but thanks for the kind words. I will drop off the cages and yes we are done. And by the way you canceled on me. Also did you concider me before you canceled?, I am very busy and you waisted my time! Carrying on and on, And just so you know you don’t have rat, bats, squirrels or anything else, you need professional help.” I NEVER canceled on him, and his excuse is suspect given all the other missed appts. I’m a psychologist with a PHYSICAL illness, not mental, am highly educated and intelligent, and have audio recordings to prove what I’m going through, none of which he listened to. Every time I spoke with him, he talked over me EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE then hung up. His next text before I could even respond to the first was:“Ps I’m blocking your number so don’t waist your time, good luck I hope you find the help you need.” What kind of person/​owner of a business behaves this way?! He’s a grown man dealing with a very ill, stressed out client! Try accessing some compassion and perspective-​taking skills. Don’t hire him. If it’s not a spray job, you will be sorely disappointed, possibly attacked and demeaned, and ignored. AFTER he takes your money for a cursory ten minute «inspection». Pest control companies are the shadiest business people around, raking in your hard earned money for little to no effort. Fred has anger and responsibility problems on top of that. I’m sure he’ll respond with how terrible I was the single time we met, but DONT BELIEVE IT! Go elsewhere.

We had Terminex out here, still had BUGS. Called Clark, BUGS. Called The Pest Guys, CLEAR! Finally a company that gets rid of the bugs! I’ve been using Fred for over a year now and not only does he do a great job, but he’s very personable, calls you back right away and I just called him to come take pictures of a problem I had prior to purchasing my home and he’ll be here first thing in the morning to document and take pictures free of charge! I will only use this company from here on out! GREAT customer service! A++++
