Starbucks

This is a very crowded Starbucks, not the lines but the seatings.
I was in the area and thought why not stop by to pick up my usual. I had a hard time finding parking. I had to park towards the Target parking lot and it’s due to having to share the parking spaces with 4 other busy stores too.
I ordered my drink and it didn’t taste so great, it’s like he gave me old espresso shots because he was waiting on the third shot.
Also, the bar wasn’t well stocked they didn’t have any half and half available and I wasn’t in the mood to spend extra time in a crowded store.
I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone, try the one inside of Target, my drinks always come perfect or some other one.

Fast friendly service. They were out of gift card envelopes and improvised with a small clear cup, decorative paper and clear dome.

I went into this location before starting my journey to San Francisco. The store seemed very crowded with stuff. Tables, counters, items for sale, etc. It was a bit weird when I came in the door having to navigate to the front counter.
The staff behind the counter didn’t really make me feel welcome, like most locations. I gave my order, scanned my phone and moved on. She barely interacted with me at all. I’m pretty sure she never looked at me once. The drink was okay– I asked for light ice, which was noted on the cup, but I felt like they didn’t even see that on there as half my cup was filled with ice. I should have asked them to remake it, but I just wanted to leave. I felt awkward in there!

Had the WORST experience tonight! The two ladies were VERY rude. I went in to get a free tea refill and the lady ringing me up didn’t greet me, didn’t ask how I was doing, just asked what I wanted. I asked for a refill & she said with an attitude «it’s usually same day, same visit «I said, «they usually do it for me but ok (meaning I’d just pay full price». She responded rudely with «yeah it’s same day, same visit but I guess I can do it for you». I said «yeah I get that but I think you guys should be more consistent on you’re policy», Then she says «I said I would do it for but I’ll start being consistent right now and not do it». I was like «that’s totally fine!» Then asked if she was a manager, she said no. I asked to speak to one and she then turns around & said «Amanda you’re up!» Amanda (the lead) also very rude says the same thing about «same day, same visit». I told her I get that, I understand. I just think they should be more consistent & not pick & choose what customers get to leave & comeback later for free refills! She then says they probably let you do it in the morning because they know you. My point exactly, THEY SHOULDN’T PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY LIKE TO GIVE FREE REFILLS TO! Both girls clearly have no customer service skills if they talk to customers the way they do! I usually go ever morning but now they lost my business! Super disappointed!

How most Starbucks should be:
–Friendly employees who aren’t a beat or two slower than normal civilization. Yes!
–Spacious seating with outlets at most seats to plug in your laptop and take care of all your degenerate needs. Woohoo!
–Fast and reliable Google wifi!
–Ridiculous amount of parking since it’s in a lot shared by a number of businesses, so it’s never an issue.
Two things that could bump this place to five stars:
–Less police presence. Have seen officers on both my visits here. Open up some killer doughnut shops Elk Grove!!! Hear me???
–Play Janis all day. Every establishment needs her voice; they just don’t know it.
Okay, obviously these two pipe dreams aren’t going to happen, but regardless, this is one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to and will make it my primary stop for caffeine and wifi whenever I’m randomly in town.

I’ve been to a lot different Starbucks. This one is by far my favorite. They always make the best drinks! Love this place!

Stay away from the breakfast sandwich what a waste of money!!! Plus I didn’t know that it came prepackaged!!! It tasted awful! The ham was dry and disgusting!!! I should’ve just got myself a strawberry frappé! They both cost the same!!! Urgh!!! So upset and disappointed in Starbucks! Why would Starbucks sell something so awful!!!

Love this place! Will always come here. Last two young lads to help me were super nice (not to mention CUTE!) and even spelled my name right! Haha i crack up at misspellings of «Autumn», but i love the satisfaction of seeing it spelled correctly xD I believe Tommy & Jonathan helped me, but I dont recall for sure. Either way, I’ve NEVER had a negative experience with ANYONE who has helped me here!

Love the remodel. Love the direction that they’re going with the atmosphere. Serving wine and finger food at night is going to attract a certain type of customer that this plaza could use more of. The ONLY reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they always heat up my muffin when I specifically ask them not to. But I love this Starbucks and the staff.

After numerous visits for this Starbucks at Laguna Blvd, this place is defiantly the coolest Starbucks so far right here in city of Elk Grove. As I come to that place two days ago on 10/​10/​2015, and on today (10/​12/​2015,) they’ve been officially remodeled for the first time in my 3 years visits! The atmosphere and the concept looked fantastic! Very roomy and spacious to study, read, or simply having conversations with your friends or family. In the past visits ago before remodeling, there was a mini wall inside on the right side of the entrance door that was blocked the view of Laguna Blvd. Today, the wall is totally gone by showing the best, clear concept view of the road. The outdoor patio is also very good, so you can relax your mood outside.
The baristas are doing a great job for making the customers like me a friendly welcomed! No cons at all!
Every drinks and food at this Laguna Blvd Starbucks are very tasty and delicious. From unsweetened iced green tea to skinny vanilla latte, everything that I ordered is a huge delicant success!
Their Google free wi-​fi is very speedy and efficiently because it’s easier to surf the web faster than ever before.
There’s a good, ample of parking spaces available, so you don’t have to worry to park the best spot anytime, anywhere.
In the end, Starbucks at Laguna Blvd is the coolest, and the finest Starbucks ever in the Elk Grove neighborhood. My rating after remodeling: 4 solid stars.

5 because why not Johnathan and Quoc never fail my order. Since I work in the parking lot I’m their on a daily basis so Johnathan knows me by name and Quoc knows me by face. The only thing not to be racial because I don’t know her name, the younger asian girl never makes my coffee right like no matter what I order it always has to be made again. That is also why they get a 4 out of 5. Besides that it’s a clean enviroment and all the staff is pretty friendly. Thanks boys if I could tip you personally every time I would!

The ONLY drive thru Starbucks around me, so gotta love that. Happy workers! Happy customers! The line can be a bit long in the mornings, and slow moving. but all-​in-​all, my favorite Starbucks in Elk Grove.

Ever since I worked at a local drive thru Starbucks back in high school, I have always been a fan. This specific location is the closest one in proximity to my home making it very convenient. The brand new remodel this summer 2015 has the store looking updated, organized, and tidy. Everything from napkins and straws to food items are always stocked. The service is always fast and efficient, and the baristas are friendly. They make an attempt to learn your «usual» drink if you frequent the location often. Sometimes it can be hard to find parking with the three restaurants near by. Overall, this is my favorite location.

Not loving the new remodel. It’s set up more like a bar than a place to relax and enjoy coffee. Only 3 tables inside that aren’t at a bar height. Makes it difficult with kids. Also, no high chairs. That right there will be losing my business. The baristas were friendly, but didn’t ask how I wanted my drink… just made it. And I was surprised that no one had set up the tables outside for customer use. As a customer, I don’t feel I need to stage the tables and chairs just to be able to relax.
I’ll be going to the other Starbucks permanently now. Comfortable atmosphere. High chairs. Friendly.

I come to this Starbucks once a week. The staff is nice. The place is clean and inviting. I receive my food and drink promptly. That’s all I can ask for in a coffee place. Will continue to come back.

Its starbucks! They are all good!

This isn’t my favorite Starbucks location but it has it’s perks. The staff are very friendly and seem genuinely happy to work there. I’ve never had a hard time finding a spot to sit because there are plenty of seating (even outdoors). It’s close to a bunch of stores that I usually go to before or after I get my Starbucks kick. I just wish the parking situation was better since it’s located next to Smashburger. It’s hard to get in and out sometimes because of other people pulling in or trying to pull out of a spot.

I like this Starbucks better then the others, really convenient location, where are in a huge lot of where everything at.
Good service and really fast too.

This Starbucks continues to be great in all aspects.
One of the cashiers here, Christopher, was so helpful today! I had a problem with my gold rewards card and app, because I knew I had a free drink, it just wasn’t showing up. He was patient while listening to me and knew exactly what the problem was.
So I ended up with my free venti salted carmel mocha:)
The staff here is phanominal.

This Starbucks is golden because you can go shopping after you grab your coffee. There is something for everyone. Target, Buy Buy Baby, Game Stop, Hallmark, Stein Mart and DSW, just to name a few, they’re conveniently located in the same lot. You just can’t go wrong, unless you don’t like to shop. The Baristas are friendly and of course the Vanilla Soy Lattes rock!
