If there’s a LOWERRATETHANONESTAR– THISCOMPANYDESERVES A QUARTER!(PROBABLYEVENLESS?) We just moved here in Sacramento a month and a half ago and the seller handed during our closing a 2– year warranty certificate from this company for the«alleged» work/repair done to a portion of the roof worth almost $ 2,000.00(as described) «Replaced all worn and missing shakes and ridge caps as needed. Covered all exposed tar paper exposures using cedar shingle shims. Sealed any cracks in tar paper or replaced it where needed.» A home inspection was done within the month of our move and found 2 small holes on the roof within the area of said repair(sunlight coming through the roof as seen from the attic), We called this company(2x) for them to check on the abovementioned concern and the owner(also the receptionist), WASVERYRUDETOTALKWITH– DOESN’T HAVETHEPROFESSIONALMANNERSEXPECTEDOF A RECEPTIONISTNOR A BUSINESSOWNER… and TOLDUSTOCALLBACKWHENIT’S ABOUTTORAIN(???)…and THEYAREGOINGTOCOMEANDCHECKWHENTHERE’S A LEAK(???). It looks like this is the company’s m. o/tactic(Modus Operandi): this company has to wait until there’s a leak? and they would say there’s much to repair already so home owners are pushed to the wall and cannot do anything except to have it done by them or else the warranty is voided!

These guys are incredibly unprofessional from moment one. I’m selling my house and Rich came out to do the roof inspection. At least I think that’s his name since he didn’t even bother to inform me he was here or introduce himself. That was a couple weeks ago. Today they were coming to make the repairs… I was woken at 7 am, 30 minutes before they were supposed to be here, not be a knock on the door but to the sound of ladders hitting the side of the house and men walking around on my roof… Again no one bothered to even let us know they were here or introduce themselves. Very very disappointed in they way they conduct themselves with customers. I’ll come back and add once the work is actually finished.

Consumers Beware! Especially if you are a female and don’t know anything about roof repair. RRR Roofing did a roof«repair» in April of 2011(a tar and gravel roof) for me after a tree fell on my property. I saw their ad on Craigslist and called them. I should have been concerned that they were seeking business in Santa Rosa when their company is located in Elk Grove but their bid was a few hundred dollars less than the others. They said they completed the work and the insurance rep came to inspect and would not sign off on it because she said basically«the holes from the tree have not been repaired» YIKES. I had foolishly already paid Rich Crowley the owner. I called him and he sent several workers out the next day who seemed to be doing something on the roof which I assumed was to patch it properly. The insurance company came back out, took a look at it and signed off on it. Cut to today: The roof began leaking several months ago in the unit that was underneath the repair. I called a roofer out to look at it and when he examined it and removed some of the gravel he showed me that the holes from the tree falling had not been correctly repaired! He showed me that they had plugged it incorrectly and had not put any of the material that goes underneath the tar — a protective sheet so the tar doesn’t sit right on the wood. Furthermore, there were two holes the size of a quarter(the same ones from the tree falling, I have pictures!) that had not even been plugged. The wood underneath the«repair» has slowly been taking in water for the last two years that has collected and has now rotted the roof in that unit. I am now stuck with at least $ 4,000 worth of repairs caused from RRR Roofing and this shoddy repair job. BEWAREOFTHISCOMPANY.

Rich Cowley of RRR Roofing has worked for me and my clients(I help people buy and sell real estate) many times over the past 5 or so years. Rich is dedicated, hardworking and professional. He answers his phone, shows up on time, knows his business inside and out and is an all around great guy. Congratulations! You’ve found a good one!
