This place is nothing to compared to Sky High! The staff was very nice and attentive, but until I ran into this very rude Indian lady who Is think the manager totally killed my jump experience. she literally reminded me of the grinch, who stole my fun at rockin jump. What a bit*h!

Really unique trampoline spot. They have three individual basketball trampolines, each varies in the hoop height. Two areas for dodgeball. A spot for«sparing» with soft sticks between yourself and a partner. An area for your typical jumping. Rock climbing and two more areas that I can’t really explain. The warehouse isn’t as big as you would think but they do offer a vast majority of activities that won’t leave you or your kids bored. They also have a seating/waiting area for adults and free lockers to use. You do have to buy their socks tho. It’s about $ 2.25, which isn’t bad because you can reuse them and they’re pretty neat looking. I would suggest getting there 15 minutes before the hour starts. When we got there and got everything, we were already 10 mins into the hour(4:10pm) and she said our time would be up at 5pm. So get most of your time by getting there early to set up — which includes signing a waiver form and purchasing your socks. However, my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun and we’re definitely going back soon. Also, check out their groupon! P. S. Location is in the back corner of the parking lot where you turn into. You’ll know when you see cars parked in one certain corner haha. They’re not strict on bringing phones on the trampolines, but I’m sure that rule won’t last long because someone will, God forbids, eventually get hurt. Happy jumping!

Love this place, very open look and clean, kids can have fun for hours. My kids jump there for 3 hours and still did not want to come out. Cafeteria is very clean and have a reasonable menu. I will going back there soon. Prices are the same compare to other jump places.

I’m conflicted in writing this review as my son had a great time here at a birthday party but as a parent SAFETY was not a main concern of the staff here. The main jump area is divided by a mesh fence(1 side for kids six and under and the other for older kids) to get to the six and under side the kids had to walk from the older side. As I supervised my son walked to the 6 and under side a much older teen did a back flip and landed on my son’s foot, none of the workers came and checked on him while he limped off the trampoline area(luckily he was not hurt bad). However my friends son did not end up as lucky. About 30 mins later the same exact incident happened to his son but the consequences were worse as his sons knee was landed on. None of the workers came to his aid as he was screaming in pain and his cousin had to pick him up and carry him off(again we as the parents were supervising). His son could not put pressure on his foot at all, needless to say they had to take him to the emergency room. I write this not to blame the employees or the kid that landed on my son’s foot or friends sons knee but in hopes that management will make this place safer so incidents like this won’t happen again. A suggestion that I have would be to separate the younger kids and older kids play area or at least a safer means for them to cross paths. Until management makes this place safer we WILLNOT be coming back. Coporate will definitely be getting a call from me

Hated this place! Went for a birthday party and they assign one party host. When we went to check in there were literally 8 people just standing around and talking but they couldn’t check us in – only the party host could check us in. Not sure why they were all hanging out at the front counter if they can’t help. Ok fine wait 5 mins for him. Then you have to have their socks to jump, so now we all change into their socks. Finally, we go to jump and my son fell. Not one second after he fell their were Teen Whistle Nazis(TWN) blowing their whistles and yelling at my son to get up. He’s 2, it takes a minute for him to get up. Not once did anyone ask if he was okay. Whistle again«get up!» So I go over and help him up. He started to go to the next trampoline. TWN«No running!!» Um he wasn’t running, he was jumping to the next trampoline! I heard that damn whistle so many times! Not just for my kid but every kid that was there. Basically you can’t do anything but jump straight up and down otherwise the TWN’s will be blowing their whistles. Ugh. Go to the party room– host brings in food and leaves. So the birthday boy’s mom and all the other mom’s hand out pizza and drinks. What’s the point of a party host if they don’t help you with the party? As the host is bringing in the cake he hits a party guest in the head with the door HARD! He didn’t even see if the kid was okay until the kid’s mom got up. Then as people were just getting their cake the host came over to tell everyone the party was over? Um we just got our cake. Isn’t the point of a party host to keep your party moving? He was MIA for most of the party and now he was kicking everyone out. Unreal. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

This review is for a birthday party we had for our daughter today. She is 11. It was pretty chaotic from the time we got there. The party hosts usually checks the party in via a tablet, but they were broken today, so our host got stuck up at the registers helping other people. We set up our decorations ourselves. And it wasn’t clear for the first 15 to 20 minutes if all our guests were there or not. Our host wasn’t around much, but she was nice. The food is meh, we had 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of soda. They have a drinking fountain but it would be nice to have a pitcher of water for parties, I was told they didn’t do that. The kids had fun which was the important part. But I would have much rather paid for 10 kids to jump for 90 minutes and had cake later for around $ 190 versus $ 280(90 min of jump time, use of the party room, that we decorated, the pizzas and 2 pitchers) plus $ 20 for socks. Maybe if we had a dedicated party host for the entire 2 hours who set up the room, served the pizza, drinks and sliced cake, it may have been worth it. But since we did all of that ourselves, it wasn’t really worth paying for a party. There is a clear need in Elk Grove for more places like this that charge a more reasonable price.

We took six kids(ages 3 – 13) for an informal birthday celebration and used the Groupon. We loved all the different activities, especially the rock wall! 1 hour was the perfect amount of time and the kids had a great time! We will definitely go back again!

We planned a drop in birthday party for my son with 10 kids. Shaiful(I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) was extremely helpful when we were checking in and paying for the jump time! He waited patiently while we gathered(slowly) the remaining of the children waivers, The facility is awesome! Clean, friendly staff, and easy to find. My son had a great time(as did I jumping) and we can’t wait to come back. If you can, buy the Groupon, it is a great deal. The only down side is that you have to buy the socks but they are reusable so we will keep them for next time. Thanks again Shaiful for your friendliness and patience!

We had a great time, but there is no seating in the jumping area. When you have smaller kids parents have to watch them, but you have the stand up the entire time. It would be nice if there was seating especially when you are there for an hour or more.

My kids summarized it best. This place rocks! We’ve been to several places around the Sacramento area: Laguna’s Awesome Party Place, Granite Arch, Sky High, Bounce U, etc. So far, my kids love this place the most. It has both the trampolines and climbing wall combined. Perhaps they have tired of all the other places but I really enjoyed this place as well. Yes, you need to buy their overpriced special socks($ 2.50) and $ 15/hr per kid is a bit expensive. Hope they have more specials like Groupon. We checked on their party packages and they are a little bit more expensive than the other places. You can read all the other reviews to see what they have. Safety: When we were there, they had plenty of staff keeping watch of the kids and ensuring people played safely. Clean: The place is still new so was very clean. Food: They actually have a small café which was great. Standard food, pizza, soda, etc. Parking: being at the back of a warehouse, there was limited parking spaces just in front of the main entrance but much more parking further away.

Way over priced. They require you to buy their special socks. $ 15 for 1 hour for 1 child(inc socks). Wacky tacky is way less with way more to do. Head to Rancho Cordova;) Response to staff: I’m sure it’s right on par with similar places like Sky High. And yes, it was clean and safe. I never questioned that. But any place that rings up a $ 15 bill for 1 child for 1 hour seems steep unless it’s an somewhat epic experience. Most of the deals out there are only beneficial if you have multiple children, as well. Something for you to think about? I think it’s wonderful you opened a location in Elk Grove(a decent 30 – 40 min drive from similar places like Sky High). A great activity for extra hot days or rainy days. Im just commenting on the value for 1 child compared to other places that might charge a flat rate or allow a longer play time. Best of luck…

Took my kids and nephews here for the first time. And they enjoyed it very much! What a great way to get the kids out of the house and actively playing! Way better idea than video games! There’s an employee that deserves recognition, Da’moni. He stood out than the rest because he was very interactive with the kids in the dodgeball rink. He wasn’t just standing there because he had to, you can see that he actually enjoys his job! Not only that, he cares about the kids if they happen to fall or get hurt, he doesn’t ask if they’re ‘ok’ just once, he checks back again just to make sure. Thank you Da’moni, you made our Rockin Jump experience that much more great! Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back!

I came here yesterday and here I am typing this review sore all over. Apparently, you CAN be too old to jump haha or maybe just out of shape… My sister bought the groupon so we could go with our significant others. We came on the Sunday of opening weekend around 1:30. It was kinda hard to find since its in the back of the complex, but we found it and were told by two workers to drive straight back. Another man then directed us to a specific space. Why do they have so many workers just for the parking lot? Haha then at the door there was a security guard. Guess it’s nice to know your car is safe. When we entered we were directed to the touch screens on the right where we filled out the waiver form. A receipt then prints out which you bring to the front counter. You then pay for however long you want to jump and buy their socks for $ 2.25. They are orange ankle socks that have special grip on the bottom. A worker then puts a colored wrist band on you. When we paid it was around 1:45 so the worker told us we could start jumping at 2. It’s best to arrive here a little before the hour so you don’t have to wait. We passed by their café on the left that looked lackluster. There wasn’t a printer menu displayed which I thought was weird. Looks like they sell pizza and cookies. To the back left are lockers and cubbies for shoes and personal items. The lockers are free which is nice. You walk up the stairs where all the activities are. First we tried the rock wall. My sister and her husband did it while I failed miserably. Then we did the trampoline basketball hoops. This was fun and actually a lot harder than it looks. Then we did the main trampoline area. There’s a blocked off side on the left for kids 6 and under, which I thought was a good idea. Then we did this thing where you basically jump onto a big air bag like stunt men. The next activity was a «challenge» game where you try to shoot into a basket above your opponents head while jumping. My favorite activity was the«x-beam» where you try to knock your opponent off a beam into a sponge pit with a giant roller! Hahah this was the only activity that really had a line. There’s also dodgeball but we felt too old to be hitting little kids. You just go around and do whatever activity you want for your hour. Yes, we were the oldest ones playing(24 and 27 year olds), but it WAS fun! Later that day we all started to feel sore and had headaches, so maybe it is best to leave it to the kids haha. I think this would be a cool place to take kids. They also have party rooms in the back. They have a monthly membership also and you get cool looking Nike elite looking socks. There are couches and tables with tvs for parents to sit on and even some massage chairs(for a price). They have vending machines with water, juice, and Gatorade. The place is clean and doesn’t smell like feet like you’d expect(for now), so go take your kids!

Today was their grand opening and we took our nephews to go check it out. They had a pretty good Groupon deal and it’s located in Elk Grove not far from the I-5 Laguna Boulevard exit. Had a little difficulty finding the place since it’s in the back corner of the center. However, we were greeted promptly upon entering the building and were given directions on how to proceed. Everyone who was planning to play had to fill out a waiver. They have specific socks that you have to buy for $ 2 each person, but it was included in the promotion for it being grand opening. There were some sections for dodgeball, a corner for children 6 and under to jump/crawl in, an open section with just trampolines, 3 different heights basketball hoops with trampolines, an open pit you can jump into from a trampoline, a section you can fight with someone with using foam beams, and a rock climbing wall. There were plenty of staff members throughout the play areas and they were all very attentive and had positive attitudes, which is a plus. They had specific rules regarding running and jumping and they don’t hesitate to call you out on it, no matter your age. Overall, we all had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the entertainment! :D
