River City Bank

Been doing business with RCB since 2000″. This is my favorite branch besides the Cirby branch out in Rosevile (thanks to Amanda the Branch Manager there). Anyhow! Everyone that works here in this Laguna branch is awesome. Always super friendly — thanks to Brandon and Lena! :) I would have gave 5-​stars BUT I deducted for charging for checking accounts now. BOO!

Your banking experience won’t get any better than this. My first experience with this branch of River City Bank was about three years ago. At my mother’s request I began assisting with her financial responsibilities, and River City was one of her banks. Every time I brought my mom in to do some banking, the staff recognized my mother and greeted her by name. One employee in particular deserves huge recognition for the time he’s spent and the guidance he’s provided us over the past several years. His name is Brandon Plants. I cannot thank him enough for the patience, empathy, and kindness he has demonstrated toward both my mom and me.
My mom suffers from demensia and although she sometimes forgets who people are, she doesn’t forget who Brandon is. She says, he is her personal banker — and he makes time to sit down and talk to her every time we visit the bank. It goes a long way and makes her feel very special. Today, River City is no longer one of my mother’s banks; it is her only bank.
Kudos to the staff at River City Bank — and know that going that extra mile really does make a difference.
