Good service. Quick. We had to wait about 15 minutes for walk in cheesesticks and cookie but walked through big 5 next door. Four stars becuz cookie is too done and is hard by the time we eat it at home.

I just left papa johns on Laguna in Elk grove with what was supposed to be the works. And this is the worst papa johns pizza ever. Absolutely no flavor at all I’m assuming the East Indian owners are diluting the pizza sauce to make it go farther. Nor did they apply the proper amount of ingredients some of my pizza had pepperoni and olives most of it didnt again ripping off americans by shorting them of there purchase. I bet if I had eaten the cardboard box it would have been more flavorful! Next stop corporate Website to let papa john’s greedy self know the Indians are not intrested in his American Values or Dream and that’s what he gets for selling franchises to East Indians.

Worst pizza ever. We got a large pizza with 5 toppings and I BS you not when I tell you the pizza tasted like death. The pizza had pepperoni, sausage, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes on it and it tasted like rotted meat. It was horrible. I actually gagged when I bit into it. So it sat there on my plate, cold and lifeless. I agree with the fellow Unilocaler who said this was the worst pizza she ever had. It was literally the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Literally.

The pizza is good customer service is horrible I’ll order the pizza delivered the wrong pizza and bring back the correct total time was one hour and 35 minutes until I receive the correct pizza and I had to callThe restaurant and complain to management they offered me 25% off my next purchase I will not be spending my money at this Papa John’s anymore poor customer service

This is the worst cardboard pizza I have ever eaten. I did not even finish the pizza, if you can call it that. I am 60 years old and I know what good pizza tastes like. I would not even feed this crap to my goldfish. Get a new pizza dough and learn how to cook a pizza that is edible. Honestly I do not know how you guys made it this far. I guess you can fool some of the people for a LONG time. I’m out.

Ordered a pizza and a side of chicken dippers or whatever. Pizza was good. Chicken dippers were tiny tiny and they gave us marinara instead of ranch. Who dips chicken dippers into marinara!!!
Called right away to talk to someone about the ranch, but they said it’d be a 45 minute wait… should’ve said yes.
Need to hire people who can read. Box says ranch… so ranch? Negative. –_–

The pizza is always very good based on our experience. More flavorful than most. Doesn’t have the «plain» pizza taste other places have. The cheese, toppings and crust seem to be a little better in terms of quality. (My wife loves the crust.)
We’ve been very happy with whatever we get. We typically get The-​Works (supreme type of pizza), or the monthly special.
The price is unbeatable: $ 12 for a large with specialty toppings. (Just make sure to always click «Special Offer» when ordering each pizza.) We order online and they always have it ready pretty quickly, by the time we arrive to pick it up.
The people that work here have been friendly and welcoming to us.
On the downside, every once in a while we’ll get a pizza where the toppings aren’t distributed well in some spots. Not a big deal. Probably happens at most places.

I ordered a pizza online the night before and picked it up the next day. I was in and out of there within a minute– fast and convenient. I ordered a pizza with spicy Italian sasuage. The pizza was ok but what elevated it to a whole other level was the special garlic sauce. It doesn’t look too healthy but it was so good! I finished the container with 2 slices. I should’ve asked for more of them.

Literally the WORST pizza I have ever eaten, and that includes all cheap frozen pizzas I’ve ever consumed as well.
Go ahead look at the picture I posted and you tell me what toppings you think are on there. Because I ordered the darn thing and I could barely tell.
I ordered a large pepperoni, jalapenos and roasted garlic pizza. What I got was a burnt ass disc with two pieces of roasted garlic that were so burnt that I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth for 30min. Yes, it was that bad!
I was so tired that day, and pizza was SUPPOSED to be an easy dinner but after taking a few bites and being grossed out by the burnt garlic, I was so mad and threw the rest away. Normally I would have gone back to complain but like I said I had a long day and didn’t think it was worth the drive and energy to complain.
First and last time I go to Papa Johns.

The P. J’s on Elk Grove Florin closed down, which doesn’t surprise me because the staff was rude half the time (and awesome the other, depending on who you dealt with)
So I called these guys hoping they would deliver all the way to E. G proper (I’m talking the East side of 99) and they said YES! I was so excited as Papa Johns has the yummiest pizza for the price and my kid loves having it delivered when he has friends over as a special treat. The delivery guy was nice, the pizza was great and right at 45 minutes which was cool. Dinner for 4 boys for $ 25 bucks with tax and a 4 $ tip for the driver is a great deal!
